Once upon a time, there was a girl who had no imagination.
Her name was Holly.

Holly never understood how others could spend hours playing with dolls.

Instead, she liked to spend her time learning to read.

While other kids her age were playing pretend, Holly was learning her sight words.

When Holly tried to play with other kids, it felt like she was talking to aliens.

She spent much of her time alone, curled up with a book, where she could see other people's make-believe worlds.

Until one day, when another girl came up to Holly and asked if she wanted to play with her.
That girl's name was Pheobe.

"Want to play with me?"

Pheobe didn't seem to mind that Holly was a little different from the other kids.
While she did not always know what the big words that Holly used meant, Pheobe was always happy to ask.

One day Pheobe wanted to join in a game of pretend that the other kids were playing.
She wanted Holly to play too.

"Let's go play!"

But Holly did not know if that was a good idea.
She was scared that she wouldn't be able to keep up with the game. While the other kids seemed to think they were princesses with magic powers, all Holly saw were little kids holding plastic sticks.

"Bow down to your princess!!"

When Holly told Pheobe her fears, Pheobe told her she was being silly. So Holly allowed herself to be led to the other kids.
There she saw another girl who insisted she was "Princess Cookie" even though her real name was Sally.

"I'm the ruler, Princess Cookie!"

Sally told Holly and Pheobe that they needed to make up their own princess names.
Pheobe quickly came up with her own; Princess Pink.
But Holly could not think of her own.
