It was a sunny afternoon in the small town of Harmonyville. Emily and Leo were playing in the park when they noticed a strange glowing light near the old oak tree. Curious, they ran over to see what it was.
To their surprise, they found Bliss, a tiny star-shaped creature with sparkling eyes and a warm smile.
Bliss spoke in a soft, melodic voice:
"I come from the Land of Feelings, where every emotion has its own color and story. I need your help! Many emotions have gone missing, and the children in my world are feeling confused."
Emily's eyes widened. "How can we help?" she asked eagerly.
Bliss floated closer and explained, "You must discover how emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, and love look and feel in your world. Then, share your discoveries through drawings and stories. Together, we can bring the missing emotions back to my land."
Leo grinned. "That sounds amazing! Let’s start right away."
With that, Bliss sprinkled a little stardust on them, and suddenly, they could see the colors of their own feelings shimmering in the air. Emily and Leo exchanged a look, excited about the adventure ahead.
This magical event was about to turn an ordinary summer day into an unforgettable adventure for Emily and Leo. The help Bliss needed to save the Land of Feelings seemed like just a game, but deep down there was a much bigger mission.
Emily and Leo set off to save the Land of Feelings under Bliss’s guidance. Bliss told them, “It will be fun to pursue feelings, but sometimes you may experience challenging moments. Remember, every feeling is a gift and understanding it gives you strength.”
Explaining that they would first discover happiness, Bliss stated that the clue was hidden in an old rose garden. Bliss showed the direction of the rose garden with a glow emanating from her star-shaped body. “Then let’s start!” said the children.
When they arrived at the rose garden, the sun was about to set and the flowers were shining with golden light. Bliss said, “Happiness is sometimes hidden in a memory,” and asked the children to close their eyes. Emily heard a happy child’s laughter, while Leo remembered the moment he flew a kite in the rose garden with his father.
Bliss laughed softly. “These images are your memories of happiness. Now come together to embody these feelings. Happiness grows when shared.” she said.
Emily took out the small notebook she was carrying with her and started drawing a picture with her colored pencils. Leo wrote down his story. When they were done, Bliss took the works in her hands and sent them into the sky with her shining wings. A new sparkle appeared among the stars. Bliss fluttered her wings excitedly: “You did it! ‘Happiness’ has returned to the Land of Feelings.” she said.
Emily and Leo looked at each other smiling, feeling ready for a new adventure. Bliss could not wait to take them to the next emotion now, “The next emotion is gratitude,” she explained.
Bliss smiled and said, “Let’s go find the next feeling—gratitude!” Emily and Leo followed her through a small meadow. The sun was setting, and the sky turned orange and pink.
“Gratitude is a feeling of being thankful,” Bliss explained as they walked. “It’s like a warm light inside you when someone does something kind or when you see something beautiful.”
They reached a big, old tree with a swing hanging from one of its branches. Bliss stopped and said, “To find gratitude, think of a moment when your heart felt happy because of someone else.”
Emily thought for a moment. “I remember when my mom made me my favorite pancakes on my birthday,” she said with a big smile.
Leo nodded. “I felt thankful when my big brother helped me fix my bike,” he said.
Bliss twinkled brightly. “Yes! Those are moments of gratitude. Now, let’s share them!”
Emily drew a picture of her pancakes with a heart above them. Leo wrote a short story about his brother fixing the bike.
When they finished, Bliss took their work and gently tossed it into the air. The swing swayed as a golden light rose from their creations, sparkling brightly.
“Wonderful!” Bliss said, clapping her glowing hands. “Gratitude is back in the Land of Feelings. You’re helping more than you know.”
Emily and Leo felt proud of their work. “What’s next?” they asked together.
Bliss winked. “Next, we’ll search for love. Are you ready?”

As Emily and Leo were searching for love, it started to rain suddenly and both children got wet. They were afraid, they won`t be able to continue in their great adventure and to save the Land of Feelings.
Leo felt unwell: “I am getting cold and having headache.” “It might be better to go home as quick as possible,” suggested Emily who was worried about him. Even Bliss couldn`t help, because he lost his glow, so he decided to follow them.

The mom was already waiting and welcomed them at home. She recognised immediately that Leo and Bliss wasn`t feeling well: “Oh, you poor, come with me and lay in the bed.” And the grandma was also caring and suggested to cook them a warm cacao. And then also their dad arrived from work and when he heard, the children were outside during the rain, he asked, whether they were all right. He offered Bliss he called his parents so they knew, where he was and what happened to him.
With a hot drink and under a blanket, they both were much better. “But we forget about love!” remembered Emily at once. “What love?” asked the Grandma, “We all carried for you, because we love you.” “Aha, we searched for love outsides, but found it at home in our family!” explained Leo happily that they can return this important emotion to Bliss and his Land of Feelings.
Find there is also one emotion that they almost forget because they all become friends thanks to their adventure. This was hate. But was it an emotion which should be saved?
With a gentle flutter of her wings, Bliss led Emily and Leo away from the rose garden towards a quiet park. The sunlight began to dim, and a soft breeze rustled through the trees, creating a soothing melody. Bliss stopped near a small pond: "Sadness," she began, "is like the ripples on this pond. It touches everything around it, but it also has a quiet beauty of its own. To find it, you must listen and feel deeply."
Emily and Leo stood silently. As they watched, the pond seemed to reflect their own experiences with sadness. Leo was the first to speak. "I remember the day my dog, Max, got sick," he said softly, his voice tinged with emotion. "I felt so alone and afraid." "And I remember when my best friend moved away last year. I felt like a part of me was missing," Emily added. Bliss nodded understandingly. "These memories are your experiences with sadness. Just as happiness grows when shared, so does sadness and it becomes more bearable."
Emily and Leo sat by the pond, taking out their notebook and pencils once more. Emily began to sketch the pond, capturing the gentle ripples that reflected their feelings. Leo wrote a story about Max, about the love for his sweet dog.
When they finished, Bliss took their creations and, with a gentle wave of her hand, released them into the air. The drawings and stories dissolved into a mist of silver light, which floated upwards and joined the stars.
"You've done it again," Bliss said softly. "The essence of 'Sadness' has returned to the Land of Feelings. Remember, understanding and accepting sadness can bring peace and healing."

In the Forest of Feelings tale, in a forest where different emotions live, Warm Rabbit approaches other animals with love and makes them happy. However, the Sad Tree makes those around it sad and sheds its leaves. Warm Rabbit hugs him, reminds him that he is not alone and suggests playing together. Angry Turtle is another character of the forest; he drives his friends away with his anger. Warm Rabbit tells him that he should not lose his friends and Turtle understands the value of his friends. The animals who learn to cope with their emotions meet the bird called Joyful Pearl, who is the heart of the forest. Joyful Pearl encourages dancing with emotions by saying, "Emotions are the color of life." All the animals dance together, share their joy and accept their feelings. As a result, the animals get closer to each other and become the happiest place in the forest. The tale ends by emphasizing the importance of discovering and sharing feelings. Their grandmother reminds them that feelings show our beauty.

"The children slept very well. When they woke up, the house was quiet. No one was there! They felt scared and started looking for their parents.
They remembered feeling this way before, but they couldn't remember when.
Emily remembered being scared to do a somersault at school. Leo remembered being afraid of the dentist.
Bliss said, "I remember feeling like this when I was lost!"
Leo and Emily noticed something strange. "Bliss, you're glowing!" they said.
"I feel like I'm glowing because we found the feeling of fear again," Bliss explained.
Emily was surprised. "Are you happy that we found fear?" she asked.
"Yes!" said Bliss. "Fear can help us. When we face our fears, we become brave and strong!"
Bliss's explanation made the children curious. They wanted to learn about other feelings that can help them. Emily started to draw her fear, and Leo wanted to know more and more. They decided to go on an adventure to find curiosity!"
Bliss led Emily and Leo through a quiet meadow, where the grass swayed gently with the wind. The sky above them was painted with soft shades of blue and pink, and the air smelled fresh, like rain had just passed.
"Calmness," Bliss began, her voice as light as a whisper, "is the feeling of peace when everything around you slows down. It’s when your heart feels steady, and your thoughts are like a quiet river."
Emily listened carefully and took a deep breath. As she gazed up at the sky, her eyes widened. A beautiful rainbow stretched across the clouds, its colors glowing softly in the afternoon light.
A memory came to her mind—one from when she was very little. She had been watching a storm from her window, frightened by the thunder. Her mother had wrapped a blanket around her shoulders and whispered, "After every storm, there's always a rainbow." She had held Emily close, and as the rain cleared, they watched the rainbow appear together. At that moment, she had felt safe, peaceful—calm.

Emily smiled and turned to Bliss. "Calmness is like a rainbow after a storm. It reminds you that even when things feel scary, they always pass."
Bliss twinkled, "That’s a beautiful way to think about it, Emily."
Leo, who had been walking quietly beside them, let out a long yawn. "I think I know what calmness feels like, too," he said. "It’s like when I finally lie down in bed after a long day. I listen to the rain tapping on my window and close my eyes. It’s the best feeling in the world."
Bliss floated closer, her glow warm and gentle. "Yes, Leo. Calmness is in those quiet moments—when you feel safe, when your heart rests, and when your thoughts become soft like clouds."
Emily took out her notebook and began to draw a rainbow stretching across the sky. Leo wrote about the peaceful feeling of falling asleep while listening to the rain.
"You did it," Bliss whispered. "Calmness has returned to the Land of Feelings."
Emily and Leo stood in the meadow, breathing in the fresh air, feeling lighter, more peaceful. But Bliss, we forgot curiosity!!!
