This is a collaborative ebook created by partners working on the eTwinning project ECO Champs.
As part of this project, schools from different countries are working together to create a story about Lumi's adventure using the Stations Technique.
Each school contributes its own part of the story and
a drawing, and the entire collection is compiled into an ebook, which is accessible to all participants in the project.

Lumi’s adventure began! Without thinking twice, she called all the animals in the forest to her. Foxes, rabbits, birds, and even squirrels gathered around her. “We need to act together!” she told them enthusiastically. “Let’s organize a big clean-up! Each of you has an important role to play!”
Having established the plan, Lumi and her friends set to work. The squirrels quickly ran through the trees, collecting pieces of plastic, while birds flew over the river, bringing messages of encouragement to those working on the ground. Even larger animals, such as deer and bears, joined in the effort, transporting the debris to a safe place where it would be recycled.

Obviously, their little forest was just the start! The whole planet’s survival was at stake. Her friends knew they needed as much help as they could get. So they left their home, being pretty scared at first, as they hadn’t done it before. But with every step taken outside the „Comfort Zone”, as they used to call their green land, they felt their hearts being filled with both determination and hope. A New Hope, as they referred to it.
They traveled as far as the sharpest eyes could see, reaching forests in their land, recruiting more and more helpers to their cause. The news spread like wildfire, ironically, and soon every forest in the country was clean of rubbish! But still, the little fighters knew that was not enough.
It was time for the cities.

Lumi looked around. The city was clean, the air was fresh, and the rivers were clear again. Children and animals cheered, happy with what they had done.
But Lumi knew there was still more to do. She climbed on a big rock and looked far away. There were still dirty cities, forests in danger, and places that needed help.
She turned to her friends and smiled. "We’ve done so much, but our adventure isn’t over. Where should we go next?"
The animals chattered, and the children raised their hands with ideas. Maybe they could clean the ocean, help another town, or find new ways to stop pollution. The wind blew gently, carrying their message far and wide. Lumi felt happy and excited.
A new adventure was about to begin! Who will help next?

Lumi and her friends set off on their next journey, following the wind's whisper. After walking for hours, they arrived at a place where the trees looked weak and there were no birds in the branches. When they moved further, they saw a pile of rubbish. An old fridge, a broken sofa, some cans, bottles, and plastic bags were scattered everywhere.
"This is terrible," - Lumi whispered, looking at her friends with sadness in her eyes. The children and animals stood silently looking at the mess. "We can't leave it like this!" - they all thought. Lumi picked up a broken bottle and said, smiling to her friends, "If we work together, we can bring life back to this place!"

But Lumi quickly realizes that people don’t change their ways. The forest, the beach, and the cities are once again full of garbage—plastic bottles, papers, and other waste polluting the environment.
- I have to do something, - She thought.
She grabs a bag and gloves, then starts picking up the trash. Birds call other animals to help, and together they clean up and plant flowers.
The Earth will soon be beautiful again.
But for how long? Lumi knows that cleaning isn’t enough—people must learn to care for the world. Since adults don’t listen, She turns to children—the "Adults of the Future". Each time she finishes, she leaves messages behind: "Love the Earth, and the Earth will love you too", "Take care of nature, and she will take care of you." Did they hear her?

Lumi and her friends are creating projects for children and young people. They’ve just come up with an amazing project called ‘You Can Save the World Too,’ and they immediately got to work. Will they manage to teach children how to save the planet?

The Earth is clean again! The rivers flow with clear, sparkling water, and the air feels fresh and pure. Trees stand tall and strong, their leaves bright green, dancing in the gentle breeze. Birds sing happily, and animals roam freely without fear of pollution. Everywhere, people walk with smiles, proud of what they have achieved together.
Lumi and her friends work every day to protect nature. Children plant trees, recycle waste, and use clean energy. They teach others how to take care of the planet, and their voices grow stronger. Schools and communities join the movement, making sure the Earth stays clean forever.
Now, beaches shine under the sun, and forests are full of life again. The sky is a beautiful blue, without thick clouds of smoke. Cities use less plastic, and people make better choices for the environment. The world feels different—full of hope, harmony, and happiness.
Lumi watches with joy. She knows that caring for the planet never ends, but today, she sees a big change. The Earth breathes again, grateful for those who protect it. And as the wind whispers through the trees, Lumi smiles. The adventure continues, but now, the world is a better place...

In a small village, through which a crystal clear river always flowed and in which goldfish swam, one day something disturbing was noticed - the river began to become turbid, and plastic bottles and other garbage floated on its surface, and the banks of the river were covered with dark sediment.
It turned out that nearby factories and houses were throwing their waste, e.g., plastic bags and bottles, into the river. Sewage from factories and oils were poured into the water, which caused the river to begin to die. On the banks of the river, there were suspicious things: abandoned garbage bags and a pipe that drained dirty water straight into the river. And those plastic bottles floating in the water.
The water is no longer as clear as it used to be. Everyone used to drink tap water, and now you can't drink it anymore. Every summer, the children spent their time swimming, fishing, and building dams out of stones, and this year's vacation unfortunately promises to be tragic - no swimming, no water sports, no fun.

One sunny morning, Lumi walked along the river shore, feeling the breeze in her hair. She loved the river—it sparkled like a thousand tiny stars. But as she stepped closer to the water, she noticed something unusual.
A little fish was struggling near the surface, its fins barely moving. Lumi knelt down. “Hey there, little one! What’s wrong?”
The fish looked up with sad eyes. “I… I can’t swim! The water is full of plastic bags and bottles. Every time I try, I get stuck!”
Lumi’s heart sank. She glanced around and saw trash floating everywhere—wrappers, straws, even an old shoe! “This isn’t right,” she said. “The river should be your home, not a garbage can!”
With a determined smile, Lumi pulled out her special eco-bag and started picking up the waste. As she worked, others on the river shore noticed and joined in. Soon, the water was cleaner, and it shimmered again.
The little fish wiggled its fins and swam in circles. “I can move again! Thank you, Lumi!” it cheered.
Lumi grinned. “Remember, even small actions can make big waves. Let’s keep our ocean clean!”
And with a happy splash, the fish swam off into the deep blue, free once more.
