Introduction

    Module 6 art for everyone did you know that art can affect everyone even the creator in this performance task I will go deeper into this idea.  Most of this module focused on famous artists.  I will be focusing on the impact of the work of artists such as Christo and Jeanne Claude, Rita Moreno, Louis Amstrong, and Phillis Wheatley.

Christo and jeanne claude gates creators Christo and jeanne claude’s gates caused them to spend millions of dollars and 20 years. In  a video I watched it says “28 years but who’s counting.” This affected other people by giving them something pretty to look at. My analysis is that the gates affected Christo and Jeanne Claude negatively.

The second artist I will be talking about is Rita Moreno.  The way music and acting affected Rita Moreno is that it gave her something to strive for.In the story it says “Rita Moreno’s life and career were not merely lists of outstanding work and dazzling awards in the performing arts.  Rita continued to cross boundaries and to break borders—not for herself but for others, young people in particular.  For Latino children and youth,she became a new positive figure, a multitalented, authentic model of creative action.” The arts affected the children positively by inspiring them to do what they love and make a difference. My analysis is that Rita Moreno is a good role model.

The third artist I will be discussing is Louis “Satchmo” Armstrong and the way that music Affected him.  Louis went from shoveling coal all day and practicing music all night to Lincoln Gardens in Chicago to playing for thousands of people all over the world. The story says “Every city, every country, every continent wanted him.” Louis affected people by giving them revolutionary music and making everyone want to listen to him.My analysis is that Louis Armstrong’s music career positively affected him and the world.
