In the heart of the Emerald Swamp, where reeds whispered secrets to the wind and dragonflies buzzed like tiny helicopters, lived Ribbit and Croaca, two frogs of an intense, almost iridescent green. Their home, a nest of lily pads woven with loving patience, was the most welcoming place in the swamp. There, among the damp mud and the sweet scent of aquatic flowers, they raised their only child, a little tadpole named Pip. "Ribbit, Ribbit," croaked the father, a corpulent male with a deep voice, as he protected the nest from hungry birds. "Croac, Croac, Croac," replied the mother, an elegant frog with agile movements, carefully tending to little Pip. Ribbit, Croac, Pip—the three names resonated in harmony in the swamp.
