THE MAGIC CARPET

One very hot day Ali finds a carpet in his uncle’s shop.
‘What’s this?’
Suddenly the carpet jumps! It moves and flies off into the air.
‘Hey! What’s happening?’
A loud booming voice comes from the carpet.
‘Welcome, O master. I am a magic carpet.’
First, they fly high up into the sky and then they land in a jungle.

The magic carpet flies Ali to many places. The world is beautiful!
The Jungle
First, they land in the jungle. It is very beautiful. Ali sees tall trees and big leaves. He hears birds singing. He looks down to see all kinds of animals in the jungle. They look peaceful in their home. He sees a blue and red parrot. The jungle is full of life.
The Desert
Next, they fly to the desert. The sun heats up the sand. Ali sees all kinds of desert animals. Snakes, camels, desert foxes and even more. There are big, tall hills of sand. He sees a small plant. The desert is very quiet. It seems peaceful in a unique way.

Then, they fly to the South Pole. It is very, very cold. Everything is white and blue. Ali sees many animals. He sees cute penguins walking on the ice. And polar bears eating their food. Ali sees big icebergs. This place is beatiful.
After the ice, they go to a small island. The island is in the sea. The water is blue and clear. The sand is white. He sees crabs and seagulls on the shores. It is a nice, warm place.

Last, they visit a forest. The trees are red, yellow, and brown. The leaves are falling down. He hears a squirrel. The forest is pretty and colorful.
Ali loves the beautiful Earth. He is happy! He wants to protect the earth so it will be beautiful forever!
"The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes."

Little Red Riding Hood

Little Red Riding Hood lived in a wood with her mother. One day Little Red Riding Hood went to visit her granny. She had many vegetables in her basket.
On her way Little Red Riding Hood met a wolf.
‘Hello!’ said the wolf. ‘Where are you going?’
‘I’m going to see my grandmother. She lives in a house behind those trees.’
The wolf ran to Granny’s house. But he didn’t want to eat her: he was a vegetarian! He didn’t eat meat because once he tried a piece of salami and felt sick for a whole week. Since that day, he only ate vegetables.
The wolf knocked on the door.
“Who is it?” asked Granny.
“It’s me, the wolf. But don’t be afraid. I don’t eat people. I only eat vegetables! I am also in the Food Waste Club.”
Granny smiled and let him in. Soon Little Red Riding Hood arrived with her basket. Inside there were tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce.
“So many vegetables!” said the wolf. “But let’s not eat everything now. I eat only a little at a time. That way, we don’t throw food away.”
So they cooked a nice soup and a fresh salad together. While they ate, Granny told stories, Little Red Riding Hood laughed, and the wolf was happy.
From that day on, once a week, all the animals of the forest had a “No Waste Picnic.” Everyone brought just a little fresh food, only what they needed.
And the wolf was no longer called the Big Bad Wolf. He became the Big Green Wolf, the friend of the forest.

Jack and the Beanstalk

Once upon a time, there was a boy called Jack. He lived with his mother. They were very poor. All they had was a cow. One morning, Jack's mother told Jack to take their cow to market and sell her.
On the way, Jack met a man. He gave Jack some magic beans for the cow. Jack took the beans went home. When Jack's mother saw the beans, she was very angry. She threw the beans out of the window.

The next morning, Jack looked out of the window. There was a giant beanstalk. His mother took the axe and cut the beanstalk. Jack was very angry. He cared for the beanstalk as it was a good source of oxygen.

The next day Jack was still furious so he went to the same place he got the beans
and he got more but this time he hid the beans from his mother.

But this time he had other plans he was going to duplicate the beans that he bought. But he didn't know how.He thought all night but he coudn't think of anything. he was going to give up.

As soon he was going to give up,he had an idea. He cut the beans in half and planted the beans like that and he started to water them. The beans started to grow up. They weren't as big as they were before but it was still pretty giant.

Then he started to climb the beanstalk. When he finished climbing the beanstalk,he found many more beans. He threw the beans from the sky to the drier areas than the other places. And the beans grew in the drier areas thanks to Jack because he watered the beanstalks very often.
