We are students in the fifth grade.We decided to  make a project about "ROAD SAFETY", because we need to be safe on the road.The goal of this project is to learn new things about road safety.If you want to learn more about this project listen carefully.Now we are going to describe our project work.

                    CHAPTER 1

First our teacher divided us into groups.The names of the groups are:

1.Actors

2.Architects

3.Presenters

4.ICT Experts

                    CHAPTER 2

Then our teacher gave us some new words that we need to know about road safety.

After that she told every group about their works.Each student wrote a presentation about themselves.Then each group made drills about their work.

                   CHAPTER 3

The actors made a dialogue about Road Safety.

The architects made a sketch and a 3D city.

The presenters made a presentation about road safety rules.

The ICT Experts wrote an e-mail to the mayor of our city and they got a positive answer.

                                    ESSAY

Road safety is very important because it protects us and others.Every day,people walk,ride bikes,and drive cars on busy streets.To stay safe,we must follow traffic rules,like stopping at red lights,crossing at crosswallks,and always wearing seatbelts in the car.

Being careful is very important ,too! Drivers should never text or drive too fast. People walking should always look both ways before crossing and wear bright clothes if it's dark. If you are riding a bike, wearing a helmet can keep your head safe if you fall.

If everyone follows the rules and stays alert,the roads will be much safer. We all share the road,so we must be kind,careful,and responsible.Let's all do our part to make sure everyone gets home safely every day.,

POEM

Road safety rules,we follow every day,

Keep your eyes ahead,don't look away!

seatbelt on,drive slow,stay cool, we ride together,yeah,we keep it smooth!

Look left, look right, before you cross the street,

Headphones down, stay light on your feet,

Red means stop, green means go,

Yellow means slow down, take it real slow!

Road safety rules,we follow every day,

Keep your eyes ahead,don't look away!

On the bike,wear a helmet tight,In the car,buckle up day and night,

Phones in the pocket,eyes on the track,One small mistake and there's no turning back.
