The little cloud who got lost:

Once upon a time, in a bright blue sky, there lived a little cloud named Puffy. Puffy loved to float with the other clouds, making shapes like castles, dragons, and ice cream cones.

One morning, Puffy was busy practicing a tricky new shape — a giant elephant — when a strong gust of wind whooshed by. Before he could call for help, Puffy was swept far, far away from his cloud friends.

He floated over forests, mountains, and oceans. Puffy had never seen so many wonderful places, but he also felt a little scared. "How will I get home?" he wondered.

As Puffy drifted over a sparkling lake, he spotted a flock of friendly geese flying below. "Excuse me!" Puffy called out. "I'm lost. Do you know the way back to the big fluffy cloud family?"

The lead goose honked, "Follow us! We know the skies well."

Puffy smiled and floated along. They passed golden fields and sleepy towns, but still no sign of his cloud family.

Just then, Puffy noticed something: a group of clouds playing shadow games on a mountain peak! He zoomed closer, but they weren't his friends — they were storm clouds, rumbling and flashing.

"Oops!" said Puffy, quickly backing away.

The geese led Puffy onward, through the setting sun’s golden light. At last, he saw a familiar sight — a cloud shaped like a giant cupcake!

"My friends!" Puffy cried, bouncing with joy.

The clouds rushed over, hugging him with soft misty arms. "We missed you, Puffy!" they said.

Puffy thanked the geese and promised to stay closer from now on. But he also smiled, because even though getting lost had been scary, it had also been an exciting adventure he would never forget.

And from that day on, whenever Puffy saw someone lost below, he would float down to help — just like the geese had helped him.
