En esta partida me sentí bastante bien porque logré mantener la ventaja durante casi toda la partida. Me gustó cómo coordiné mis piezas, especialmente los alfiles y la dama. Sin embargo, al final cometí un error que permitió al rey negro escapar del mate y terminó en ahogado. Me dio un poco de coraje porque tenía la victoria asegurada, pero aprendí la importancia de revisar bien antes de dar el jaque final.

In this game I felt pretty good because I managed to keep the advantage for most of the game. I liked how I coordinated my pieces, especially the bishops and queen. However, in the end I made a mistake that allowed the black king to escape the mate and ended up in drowning. It gave me a bit of courage because I was assured of victory, but I learned the importance of reviewing well before giving the final check.

Esta partida fue súper larga, duró 67 jugadas y me tuvo concentrada todo el tiempo. Sentí que lo estaba haciendo muy bien porque tenía casi todas las piezas y el otro rey ya no podía hacer mucho. Pero justo cuando pensé que ya iba a ganar, lo dejé sin movimientos y fue ahogado nuevamente. Me dio coraje porque tenía todo para ganar, pero también aprendí que tengo que tener más cuidado al final, aunque parezca que ya está todo hecho.

This game was super long, lasted 67 moves and had me focused the whole time. I felt like I was doing really well because I had almost all the pieces and the other king couldn't do much anymore. But just when I thought I was going to win, I left him with no moves and he was drowned out again. It made me angry because I had everything to win, but I also learned that I have to be more careful at the end, even if it seems that everything is already done.

En esta tercera ronda sí logré ganar, y fue en 55 movimientos. Me sentí súper cómoda durante la partida, especialmente usando las torres y la dama, que fueron clave para controlar el tablero. También creo que manejé muy bien los alfiles, los usé para cubrir espacios importantes y ayudar al ataque. Esta vez estuve más atenta y no cometí errores graves como en las rondas anteriores. Me gustó mucho cómo jugué y sentí que todo el esfuerzo valió la pena.

In this third round I did manage to win, and it was in 55 moves. I felt super comfortable during the game, especially using the rooks and queen, which were key to controlling the board. I also think I handled the bishops very well, I used them to cover important spaces and help the attack. This time I was more attentive and didn't make any serious mistakes like in the previous rounds. I really liked how I played and I felt like all the effort was worth it.
