This story is dedicated to Edward, who I wish I could talk with more and have so much more fun with.

Edward, Eren, Levi, and the rest of the team have all walked out to the field with their favorite coach, Niki.
Before they began, coach Niki explained the importance of teamwork and communication.

Pass!

Ughhhh
Ok

They did passing drills, and learned how to pass the ball by communicating to each other.
Edward didn't listen to coach Niki, and thought he could just do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted.

Go run 10 laps!
Ughhhhh fine!

Coach Niki saw what he was doing, and called out his name to see if he was listening, but he wasn't and didn't know what to say. Then Coach Niki made him run 10 laps.

5-7

Pass me the ball, I'm open!
No, I got this!

A week later the first soccer game is in session, Edward speeds down with the ball as fast as a cheetah, his teammate Levi says, "pass me the ball, I'm open!" Edward exclaims, "No! I got this!"

5-8

He shoots the ball to the goal, but in a turn of events, the opposing team's goalie blocks it, and hits it into Edward's goal.

Team work is really important because...
That event cost them the playoffs, so it was addressed at the next practice. Coach Niki explains what they need to work on and what could happen if they lost the next game. Edward again doesn't pay attention, and plays with fake grass instead.

4-6
Edward pass me the ball!
No, I got this!

In the second game, they're running to the goal and Eren says, "Edward! pass me the ball!" Edward says, "No, I got this!" and shoots the ball, but it bounces off the rim of the goal, and flies with a great SWOOSH all the way back into their goal.

Pass!
No!

In the last practice of the season, coach Niki again stresses the importance of team work, and how they need to pass to each other to get a good shot, and then they started practicing for the next game.
One of Edwards other teammates was with the ball and Edward wanted him to pass the ball to him and his teammate ended up not passing and missed the goal. Edward notices that's the same thing he's done, and finally learns that he needs to pass the ball to win.

7-7
OVERTIME

Eren, You're up!
Lastly, the final game of the season went into overtime. Edward has the ball and is speeding towards the goal, he remembers how he missed the goal.
He realizes he can't make the goal, but Eren can. Edward says, "Eren! You're up!" and passes him the ball.

8-7
OVERTIME
Eren gets the ball, within 10 seconds on the clock, he's running with 5 players on him. When Eren gets to the opposing team's goal, he hits a whole... BICYCLE KICK?!?!? And made the goal!

WE WON!!!!!! YAY!
The next day, Edward and his team walked out into the field. It was a beautiful sunny summer day, coach Niki was talking about the win from the game yesterday.
