Eleanor's Family

What DID she do?
Eleanor Roosevelt knew that the way that things weren't fair. So, she decided to fight for it. She saw that black people weren't getting the respect they needed so she wanted to make that change. She decided to go in streets, make signs, and walked down the road and fight for it. Also, she saw that women were not respected much so she was like "That needs to change!" So, she made signs, got a speech and fought for it.

What was she like?
Eleanor had many traits; she was confident, compassionate, and tenacious. The way that she showed that she was confident was that she Fought for what she belied in and never gave up while fighting. The way she showed that she was compassionate was that she showed that other people matter too. Even though people told her to give up she still didn't. The way that she proved that she was tenacious is that she never gave up even though people kept on telling her to "give up!" or "You will never make a difference!".
