To every curious mind and kind heart reading this story;
May you always find the courage to ask questions,
The wisdom to pause before you click,
and the joy of knowing that staying safe online
is just as important as having fun.
This book on INTERNET SAFETY is especially dedicated to every child I teach,
whose laughter, honesty, and questions inspire me daily.
Stay thoughtful. Stay kind. Stay safe.
Ms. Tabitha

Max is a bright boy who enjoys science, robots, and a good book.
His favourite time of day is during class, coding side by side with his teacher,
Ms Tabitha.
One day, while playing an online game, Max received a message from someone he did not know.

“Hi Max, do you want to see something cool?”

The message said
“Hmm… I wonder who this is?”
The message had a link and a smiley face, but Max was not sure what to do.

T. H. I. N. K.

“Max, always ask yourself: Is it TRUE? ”
Ms Tabitha had said
T
“I don’t even know who sent this.
It could be a trick!”

Max checked the message again.
So Max didn’t click the link!

Max remembered the next letter: H. “Is what I’m about to do HELPFUL to me or others?”
Clicking a mystery link didn’t seem helpful at all.
Max was glad he waited.
H
Max thought, “Would this make someone feel good, like when I share robot drawings with my friends?”
He realised that secrets and surprises from strangers were NOT INSPIRING, they were confusing and maybe even unsafe.
