Dear Readers, for us is a pleasure to present you our project about the indigenous community "The Barí". In this book we´re going to talk about their customs, beliefs, how some apps can make them more visible and more topics than you´ll see in the course of our book.

 CHAPTER  1 

In this chapter we´re going to talk about the Historical

and Origen of The Barí, their traditions, rituals, beliefs             and the relation ship with their language.  

Historical and origen

We communly extended for america, in the region's such as Honduras andNicaragua, including north of Colombia and west of Venezuela.

We, the Barí people, have lived in Malokas. They're traditional big communal houses where different 

families inhabit.

Our language family have been Chibcha.

We communicated with long words with various rices and suffixes .

We learned to cultive corn, cassava and platain.

We have learnt to use loincloth for men and skirts for women.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR LANGUAGE

Here, in Barí, the oral stories have been a way to keep the collective memory of the people alive and teach the youth about their culture. 

In the past, the Barí people believed that language is a spiritual vessel through which they connect with their beliefs and nature.

For us, our language is the most important. It remember us our traditions and help us to connected with our beliefs and nature.
