Omar was full of energy and always on the move.
He loved running, jumping, and climbing trees.
Every morning, he’d race outside as soon as he could.
The sun was shining, and the air was warm.
It was the perfect day for an adventure.

Omar found his red bicycle leaning against the wall.
He grabbed his helmet and buckled it tight.
His feet pushed off, and he began to ride.
The wind rushed past his face as he pedaled faster.
He felt free, like he was flying.

He rode through the neighborhood with a big smile.
Every turn was a race track to him.
He waved at his neighbor as he zoomed by.
The hill ahead looked exciting and steep.
Omar stood up on the pedals, ready to speed down.

As he raced downhill, the world became a blur.
Suddenly, a squirrel ran right in front of him!
Omar gasped and pulled the handlebars to one side.
His bike wobbled and shook beneath him.
He lost his balance and started to fall.

With a loud crash, Omar hit the ground.
His bike tumbled beside him in the grass.
Pain shot through his leg like lightning.
He tried to stand, but it hurt too much.
Tears filled his eyes, and he called for help.

Omar’s mom heard his cries and came running.
She knelt beside him and gently touched his leg.
“It’s going to be okay,” she whispered.
Omar held her hand tightly and tried to stay brave.
She called for help and stayed by his side

An ambulance arrived with flashing lights.
The medics carefully lifted Omar onto a stretcher.
They spoke softly to calm him down.
Omar’s mom rode with him, holding his hand.
He looked out the window, trying not to cry.

At the hospital, doctors and nurses greeted them.
Omar was taken to a special room for X-rays.
He stayed still as a big machine scanned his leg.
The doctor pointed to the screen and nodded.
“It’s broken,” she said gently.

Omar’s leg was put into a bright blue cast. The nurse gave him crutches to help him walk.“Take it slow,” she reminded him.He wobbled a bit but stayed determined. His mom gave him a big hug.
