Cyber Ethics: Empowering Responsible Digital Citizens
In the framework of the eTwinning project titled "Cyber Ethics", the students of EEEEK Kalymnos, guided by their dedicated teacher Paraskevi Paraskevopoulou and collaborating as TEAM2, embarked on an exciting journey into the digital world — with responsibility, awareness, and creativity.
The project focused on one of the most important aspects of modern life: ethical behavior in the online environment. In a time when technology connects us more than ever, understanding how to use it safely and respectfully is essential. Through interactive activities, collaborative tasks, digital tools, and creative expression, the students explored topics such as online safety, digital identity, cyberbullying, privacy, digital footprint, and respectful communication.

Protect your personal information
Never share your full name, address, phone number, school name, or passwords online.
Use strong and unique passwords
Choose passwords that are hard to guess and don't use the same password for everything.
Think before you click
Don’t click on suspicious links, ads, or pop-ups. They might contain viruses or lead to dangerous websites.
Be kind and respectful online
Treat others the way you want to be treated. Don’t post mean or hurtful comments.
Don’t talk to strangers
Never chat or meet with people you don’t know in real life without adult supervision.
Ask for help
If something online makes you feel scared, uncomfortable, or confused, tell a parent, teacher, or trusted adult.
Check your privacy settings
Make sure your accounts are private and that only your friends can see your posts.
Don’t share photos without permission
Always ask before posting photos of others, and never post anything you wouldn’t want shared.
Use trusted websites and apps
Only use websites, games, or apps that are safe and approved by your parents or teachers.
Be careful with downloads
Don’t download anything unless you’re sure it’s safe and you have permission.
Be the Hero of Cyber Ethics – Save the World!
Every day, millions of people connect online — to learn, play, talk, and share. But the digital world, just like the real one, needs heroes. Heroes who protect, respect, and act wisely.
You don’t need a cape to be a hero.
You need respect, responsibility, and a strong sense of what’s right and wrong online.
Keep your information safe
Be kind and respectful to others
Say NO to cyberbullying
Think before you post or click
Speak up when something feels wrong
Together, we can build a safer, smarter, and more ethical internet for everyone.
Be the Hero of Cyber Ethics – because the world needs YOU.
