How does it teach children about positive self-esteem?
This tale makes children realize that they are special as they are. It explains that each one of us is unique, and that uniqueness makes us great. The tale subtly asks children to love and accept themselves without comparing themselves to others.
What is the most key message children will take away from the story?
"You are enough just the way you are." Kids will understand that being kind, curious, and being themselves is worth more than copying somebody else.
Does your story inspire you? How?
Because it reminds us that we all have something special about us, and we should be proud of ourselves. Even adults have to hear this from time to time!
You Are Just Right!
