Wow that’s new to me !
The Great Barrier Reef has a variety of plants, such as sea grasses, mangroves and different kinds of algae. Sea grasses and flowering plants, grow in shallow water and provides important Homes to many marine animals. Mangroves and land plants grow along the coast to help the reef’s ecosystem. Algae come in green, red and brown. It is very common and plays a vital role for the reefs structure and food chain.

Plants also help us by hiding sea creatures like me from being attacked.
