Opening

One dreadful night, a shadow fell over the kingdom. An evil wizard, jealous of the king’s power, kidnapped him and carried him away to a dark castle hidden deep within the mountains. Without the king, the land began to fall into chaos. Crops withered, animals grew restless, and the people lived in fear. The villagers begged Alaric to save their ruler. With courage burning in his heart, the knight swore to bring the king home. He saddled his horse, sharpened his sword, and set off on a dangerous journey.

Problem

As Alaric traveled closer to the mountains, he discovered the wizard’s cruelest trick. Guarding the path to the castle was a massive fire-breathing dragon. Its scales shone like burning metal, and its eyes glowed with fury. The creature was chained with heavy iron links, forced to obey the wizard’s commands. Every traveler who dared to pass was burned by the dragon’s flames. Alaric realized that before he could reach the king, he had to face this terrifying beast. The knight raised his shield, preparing for battle, but as he looked closer, he noticed pain and sorrow in the dragon’s eyes.

Resolution

Instead of fighting, Alaric made a bold decision. He slowly lowered his sword and spoke to the dragon with a calm voice, telling it that he was not its enemy. The dragon growled, but did not attack. With great effort, Alaric broke the chains that bound the creature, setting it free from the wizard’s cruel spell. The dragon let out a mighty roar—not of anger, but of relief. For the first time in years, it could spread its wings without pain. In gratitude, the dragon swore loyalty to the knight. Together, they stormed the dark castle. Alaric fought bravely, striking down the wizard’s minions, while the dragon unleashed his fire against the towers.
