Once upon a time, in the White Tower of Thessaloniki lived a knight, Nefelinos. In the Tower there was an invisible staircase and every night Nefelinos would climb it and meet his friend, the dragon Bleberg, who was also the guardian of the Tower. Nefelinos climbed onto the Dragon's back and they flew into the clouds. They were inseparable friends.

The princess had a little friend, a firefly, who helps Nefelinos and his friend dragon Bleberg to free the princess from the tower because he knows all the secrets and mysteries of the tower.

Behind the large door, a huge hall spread out before them. Crystals and gold adorned it. In the middle, there was a staircase with a thousand golden steps. On the first step was engraved a riddle: "If you want to reach the top, give me your hand and speak sweet words to me."

Nefelinos bent down and gently touched the first golden step. The moment his fingers met the cool surface, it glimmered softly. He whispered words of kindness and courage, and suddenly the step transformed into a tiny golden spirit shaped like a shimmering fox.

“I am Glimeris,” it said in a bell-like voice. “I will guide you, but beware—the witch has filled the staircase with traps.”

Dragon Bleberg folded his wings to fit inside the hall, while the firefly hovered nervously beside Nefelinos’ ear.
