Gabriel grew up in a humble family in the city of Bogotá. Since childhood, he grew and lived with his parents, but when he was 5 years old, his parents separated. This was an event that marked Gabriel for a long time, but even though the emotional problems this brought, Gabriel found a way to escape from that problem in the art. Since he was little, he showed interest and passion for visual things, when he could draw something he did it, he drew anywhere he found, he was very attracted to colors, shapes, and everything that this implies. The creativity he had was reflected in the games he played and how he thought about things.
Gabriel studied in different schools throughout his short life, but it was one where he shone the most, where thanks to his artistic talent, his artistic skills began to grow. The teachers highlighted his ability to create and easily transform complex ideas into something simple and visual. At the age of 16 Gabriel joined an oil painting course to start exploiting his creativity and artistic talent, this course helped him to gain experience, intensify his techniques, and learn various methods
