This book I made in PDR in 7th grade about my family. This book is dedicated to my family. My family means so much because of all the things they do for me.

Family Introduction

My family consists of 7 members, my parents Joseph and Melissa, and me and my siblings Madelina, Jayson, Miabella, Joshua, and Jaymes. We also currently have two dogs named Penny and Winston, and in the past Parker who passed away.

                              What is a Family?

A family to me means a group of people who unconditionally love and care about you no matter what happens. A family also means you go through the good and bad times together and you know that you can always trust and rely on them. This means that friends will leave but family will always be there giving you support, confidence, and the love that you need. 

                     What Type of Family?

My family is a nuclear family because I have two parents and all of my siblings still live with us. We are also an extended family because we have lots of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

                              Family Life Cycle

My family is currently in the teenage stage because my older brother is 15 which is between 13-19 and no one has moved out. But we are also in the preschool stage because my twin little brothers are 3. Me and my sister can also make our family be part of the school age because we are between 5-12.

One type of family function we do is RECREATION. My family does this because we do fun things together. We like to go out to eat, go on vacations, go to

 the movies, and hangout together.

My family also does the LOVE and SUPPORT family function. We do this by showing that we care and love each other, and showing up to each other's events and performances.

Another family function we do is BASIC NEEDS. My parents make sure that we have all of our medical things done and that we are safe and healthy. They do this by taking us to appointments and getting us things we need to live like clothes, shelter, food, water, and medicine.
