4-G STUDENTS

Once upon a time there was a small drop of water that lived in the blue sky.

His name was Dami. Dami was preparing to embark on a great adventure among the clouds.

One day, the wind moved the clouds, and Dami started falling. "Wow!" Dami shouted, "The adventure begins!"

Dami fell to the ground and joined a small stream. From the stream, he reached the rivers, and from the rivers, he reached the vast blue ocean. A friendly sea turtle appeared in front of him.

    Dami asked the sea turtle what his name was. The sea turtle said sadly:

   ,,My name is Darwin”.

   Surprised by his sad appearance, Dami said:

   What happened, dear Darwin? You look no happy.

Darwin:

   ,,My best friend, Brownie, is in a difficult situation. He has a bag wrapped around his neck. We tried hard, but we couldn't get it off. Why would he pollute such beautiful waters? I'm so sad.”

Dami, who said he could not answer this question, added: “We think that everything we own will last forever. However, everything will run out as we consume.”

Darwin, who had not expected to hear this, remembered with great surprise that he was supposed to help his friend.

Then he saw a group of people diving with scuba gear. He decided to ask them for help for his friend.

Darwin swam quickly towards the divers, making signs with his flippers. At first the men did not understand what he wanted, but then one of them, a girl with a pink mask, noticed the turtle's worried look.

"I think he's trying to show us something", she said.

Curious, the divers followed Darwin through the clear water. Dami floated close by, happy that his adventure was continuing. Soon, they reached a corner of the ocean where Darwin's friend lay motionless. The plastic bag was tightly wrapped around his neck, and his big, gentle eyes begged for help.

The girl in the pink mask carefully approached and cut the bag. Brawnie felt the release and made a small, happy sound.

The people smiled, and then the girl said:

"We promise to take care of the ocean. Your friends are our friends too."

The turtles happily began to swim and started  their journey into the ocean. Dami was satisfied that he had helped save the turtle. The divers felt sad after seeing all that trash. So, they picked up the plastic bag  and decided to inform other people as well. After all this adventure, they sighed with regief.

This created dozens of air bubbles rising upwards. But the bubbles carrried Dami along with them. Dami felt dizzy and didn't understand where he was going. Soon, however, he ended up at the surface of the sea...

Dami noticed black spots on the sea and followed  them. A little farther away, he saw a ship leaking oil. Dami called his friends, the other drops, to help. Together, all the drops and Dami joined their forces and stuck strongly to  the sides of the ship. Immediately, the sailors saw the leak and fixed it. The sea started to become clean again,and Dami felt proud for saving his favorite place.

Suddenly, there was a loud noise. The ship was starting its journey. This noise caused huge waves in the ocean waters. The waves swept Dami away. He lost consciousness, and when he woke up, he was on the shore of a small island. When the water ran out, he couldn't believe what he saw. The small island he'd arrived on was littered with plastic bottles, bags, and various other garbage.

The island looked as if it had gathered all the trash from the ocean. The wind was blowing gently, and plastic bags rustled eerily among the tree branches.
Just then, a sad voice was heard from nearby:

“This place is no longer what it used to be…”

Dami drifted toward the direction of the voice. On the sand stood a small, young crab. One of its claws was broken, and it was struggling to move. “My name is Kiko,” said the crab. “This island used to be so beautiful. Palm trees, clear waters, hundreds of creatures I played with… But when people started leaving their trash here, everyone left. And I got hurt.” Seeing the helplessness in Kiko’s eyes, Dami felt his heart sink.

 An idea came to his mind and without wasting time, he acted. He decided to gather all his water drop friends again, and together they started to create an enormous wave moving toward the island. The wave grew bigger and bigger, rushing inward with great power. As the wave grew, the ship that had caused trouble earlier suddenly found itself being pulled closer to the island. The captain grew worried and shouted to his crew, "What is happening? I can't control the ship!"

Kiko quickly called out to the people on the ship, "Please help us! The island is full of trash, and we need your help to clean it." The captain, still unsure but hearing the crab’s voice, signaled for the crew to get ready. Kiko asked if they could call for a helicopter to bring a big net to collect all the trash.

As the wave continued to grow, it pushed the ship to face the island directly. The captain and crew were scared and confused, but they prepared to help. The captain called for assistance, and the crew started collecting the trash while also checking how they could help Kiko with his broken claw.
