The children  liked played there.

They spent all day long under it. The Oak Tee looks very amazing all seasons.

it was late autumn. It looked orange, red, yellow and brown. There were a lot of leaves on the ground.

Every afternoon a group of children came to play under the oak.

there was Nina, the curious one; David , who loved climbing, Elene, who played with a kite and Anastasia, who always brought her sketchbook. sudennly they heard a gentle voice, warm like sunshine. '' I am the Wise Oak,'' the tree said.

Every oak begins as a small acorn. If you take care of this little one, it will grow strong like me''

The children took acorns and planted , watered them. The great oak tree shook its branches. '' Stand beside it, '' the oak tree said. '' Even the strongest trees need friends. ''

Month later, new leaves appeared. The little oak was stronger than ever.

One day, a tiny bird named Tiko flew down. 'Wise Oak , how can I learn to fly higher?'' he asked

''Practice, said the Oak. 

''Every big journy begins with small steps.'' Tiko was happy , flap his wings and flew a little higher

When the Sun began to set, two children came running '' Wise oak, '' they said : ''our kite is stuck in your branches''

The Oak tree shook gently, lettting the kite fall softly into their hands.

'Thank you!'' the children said and ran happily.

The Wise Oak tree smiled in his own leafy way and said itself: ''kindness is a gift you can give  everyday.''
