eTwinning – Life Skills Activity
As part of our eTwinning project focusing on “Life Skills,” our students took a delightful step toward independence by preparing their own sandwiches.
This activity helped them discover basic kitchen skills while learning the importance of healthy eating through hands-on experience.
By choosing their own ingredients and creating their own flavors, our students strengthened their sense of responsibility, creativity, and self-confidence.
Each sandwich in this book is a small masterpiece—prepared with care, curiosity, and great enthusiasm.We proudly present the delicious results of a healthy, fun, and educational journey!

• 1 sandwich bread
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Cucumber slices
• Cheese slices




Hazırlanışı / Tarif 1. Sandviç ekmeğini ikiye bölün. 2. Marul yapraklarını ekmek dilimlerinin arasına yerleştirin. 3. Domates ve salatalık dilimlerini ekleyin. 4. Peynir dilimlerini yerleştirerek sandviçi tamamlayın. 5. Ekmeği kapatın ve Mini Lezzet Macerası sandviçinizin tadını çıkarın.

- MY COLORFUL SANDWICH -
Ingredient
• 1 bun
• 1 lettuce leaf
• 2–3 tomato slices
• 2–3 cucumber slices
• 1 slice of processed cheese or holiday cheese

PREPARATION
1. Open the bun.
2. Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom.
3. Place the slice of processed cheese or cottage cheese on top of the lettuce.
4. Place the tomato slices.
5. Add the cucumber slices.
6. Place the top of the bun and press lightly.

Sandwiches from Little Chefs
- Sandwich Bread
- Cheddar Cheese
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Lettuce




Preparation:
Split the bread in half. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Thinly slice the cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Separate the lettuce leaves. Place one slice of bread on top and top with the cheddar cheese, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy!

We split the sandwich bread in half. Then we finely chop the tomatoes, lettuce, and peppers. We slice the cheddar cheese, white cheese, and cheddar cheese. We take our sandwich bread, put everything inside, and enjoy.

• carrot slices
• dill and parsley leaves
*Preparation*
1. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread.
2. Then place the cheese slice on top.
3. Use slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots and radishes, as you like it, to make a smile face.
4. Garnish with dill and parsley.
5. Enjoy your sandwich!

HEALTHY SANDWICH
Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese

Sandwich Preparation:
First, wash the cucumber, lettuce, and tomato. Cut the sandwich bread in half. Cut the tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and cheddar cheese into appropriate sizes. Arrange the chopped ingredients inside the bread. ENJOY!

CHEERFUL AND HEALTHY SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
• bread
• 1 slice of chicken breast bacon
• 1 lettuce leaf
• 2 cucumber slices
• 2 tomato slices
• 1-2 carrot slices
• bell pepper slices (red, yellow, green)
• radish slices
• olives
• parsley and dill leaves

PREPARATION:
1. Place the lettuce leaf on a slice of bread.
2. Then, place the ham slice on top.
3. Use tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and olive slices to create a smiley face.
4. Add carrot and radish slices to taste.
5. Garnish the sandwich with parsley/dill leaves.

1 teaspoon butter (approx. 5 g)

Preparation:
Cut a whole wheat roll in half.
Brush both halves with butter.
Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half.
Add ham slices.
Spread the sliced bell pepper on top.
Cover with the top half of the roll and press down lightly.
