How to make?
Broccoli florets are separated. Carrots are thinly sliced. Water is boiled in a pot. Broccoli and carrots are added to the boiling water and blanched. Once softened, the water is drained. The ingredients are spread on a large plate. Boiled corn is added. Salt is added. Lemon juice is squeezed into a separate bowl. Then olive oil is added. Next, crushed garlic is added to prepare the salad dressing. The prepared dressing is poured over the broccoli and carrot mixture. Serve. Enjoy!

- Wash your rice.
- Put olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions.
- Add the tomato paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach to the pot.

ITS MAKİNG
First, let's prepare the zucchini fritter ingredients. Peel the zucchini and grate it on the coarse side of a grater.
Finely chop the green onions, parsley, and dill.
Let's prepare the zucchini fritter batter. Let's put the eggs into a deep bowl.
Add flour, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to it, and whisk until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Then, add the well-drained zucchinis and chopped dill, green onion, and parsley to the mixture. Our vegetable fritter dough is ready.
Let's cook the fritters in a pan. Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan.
Let's add a spoonful of the zucchini mixture to the heated oil, fry it by turning it.
