Spring means new beginnings, flowers, sunshine, and hope.
Let’s discover Spring together!

Spring brings us together in this collaborative book created by students and teachers from Romania, Turkey, the Republic of Moldova, Croatia, and Greece. Under the theme We Celebrate Together – Spring, we explore the traditions, symbols, and joys of spring in each partner country.
In April, our cultural journey continues with “Spring of Diversity – Rituals, Renewal, and the Light of Easter” This book gathers photos, creations, and stories that show how spring unites us, no matter where we come from.

In Greece, on the island of Rhodes, we brought to school traditional Easter crafts. We made greeting cards, candles, baskets with cookies and “Lazarakia”, painted red eggs, and created a lantern jar. We also made the “Kyra-Lenten” with 7 legs, removing one each week until Easter.
