Elderflower Drink
Ingredients: elderflowers, lemon, sugar, water.
Preparation: Place the elderflowers and lemon slices in a container, add the sugar and water. Leave at room temperature for 24–48 hours, strain, and serve chilled.

Fruit Hedgehog
Ingredients: pear, grapes, toothpicks, raisins/carrots for the face.
Preparation: Stick the grapes onto toothpicks and insert them into the pear to form the “spikes.” Leave the front part of the pear clear for the face and use raisins or small carrot pieces for the eyes and nose. Serve on a platter, optionally decorated with leaves or other fruits.
Waffles
Ingredients: 400 ml milk, 300 g flour, 100 g butter, 10 g baking powder, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp sugar, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add egg yolks, melted and cooled butter, vanilla, and gradually the milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them in. Bake in a waffle maker until golden. Serve with your favorite fruits.

Omelette
Ingredients: eggs, oil, salt.
Preparation method:
Break the eggs into a bowl, mix them with a fork, and add salt.
Place a frying pan on the stove, add oil, and let it heat up. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook.
Serve with bread and salad.

Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 100 ml milk, 100 ml oil, 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt.
Mix eggs and sugar. Add milk and oil. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the mixture. Pour into cupcake liners (2/3 full). Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Enjoy!

Fruit Salad
Ingredients: apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, strawberries, liquid vegetable whipped cream.
Preparation: Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel and cut the fruits into small pieces and mix them gently in a bowl. Pour the liquid vegetable whipped cream into a separate bowl and beat it with a mixer until it becomes slightly firm. Add the whipped cream on top of the fruit salad as decoration.

Fruit Skewers
Ingredients: bananas, pears, kiwi, apples (or other preferred fruits), skewers.
Preparation: Wash the fruits well. Peel them and cut them into suitable pieces (slices or cubes). Thread the fruit pieces alternately onto the skewers, combining colors for an attractive look. Arrange the skewers on a platter and keep them refrigerated until serving. Optionally, you can drizzle them with a little lemon juice to prevent browning or serve them with yogurt sauce or melted chocolate.

Healthy Stale Bread Meatball
Recipe: 1 stale loaf of bread, 1 egg, 1 cup of water, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper. Combine all ingredients. Form small meatballs and fry them.

Pickles
Ingredients: Carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, garlic, salt, vinegar
Preparation: First, wash all the vegetables and chop them to the desired size. Then, place them in jars, add one glass of vinegar and some salt, close the jar tightly, and let them sit in a cool, dark place for fifteen days. After that, you can enjoy them.
