HI, my name is Zoe, and today is going to be the best day ever. My mom gave me a special present. I got my very first doll. It is the most beautiful doll and I loved her so much.

I decided to take my doll to the backyard to play with her. We played on the swings, we went down the slide and we had a tea party. It was the perfect playtime.

My brother saw us from inside the house and joined us. He saw my doll and wanted to play with her too. I refused to share with him. After all this was my perfect doll.

My brother and I started to pull my doll towards each other. I held my doll from her dress and he grabbed her from her head. We were pulling her so hard and ...

My doll, my beautiful, perfect doll was no longer beautiful and perfect. My doll was missing her head. My brother looked at my doll then at me and he ran inside the house.

Mooooom!
I called my mom but she did not answer.
I was going to cry I was so angry with my brother. I wanted to hurt my brother by doing the same thing. I am going to break his favorite toy.

I went into the house and I sneaked my way into his room. I was looking and looking, from his toy box to his bed, but no luck. He had grabbed his toy and hide from me.

As I gave up and went downstairs I noticed something. I noticed a pair of legs hiding behind the window curtains. I slowly walked and quickly grabbed his bright red toy car. My brother jumped and chased after me.

As my brother chased me my mom came into the room. She stopped me and asked me to tell her what was going on. I was so angry that my words were all over my head.

As I was about to tell mom what happened my brother told her that I was going to break his toy. I looked at him and I let out a scream. My mom took my hand and we went outside.

Mom grabbed my face with her warm hands and told me " When you ever feel like your emotions are all over the place close your eyes and take three deep breaths."

With her gentle smile she asked me to do the exercise with her. I closed my eyes and took three deep breaths. As I took the last deep breath she asked me again to explain to her what had happened.
