Milo only ate cheese sandwiches. He felt tired every day at school. Then one morning, Chef Carrot appeared. "Come with me, Milo! I’ll show you magical foods that make your body strong!"

First, Chef Carrot showed Milo the fruit basket.
Milo tried juicy strawberries, sweet apples, and tiny blueberries. "Fruits give me energy and help me feel happy!" Milo said.

Next, they looked at the vegetable basket.
Milo tried crunchy broccoli, green peas, and red bell peppers.
"Vegetables are colorful and healthy!" Milo cheered.

Then Chef Carrot showed Milo grains.
He tried rice, oatmeal, and whole-wheat bread.
"Grains give me energy to run and play!" Milo said.
