Hello again Boys and Girls, Here I am again and
rareing to go. I stayed in the forest in Kansas and now I
would like to explore some other states. I don't know
where the train is going this time but It will be interesting to
find out.
Do you like to travel? Of course you can get into a train
but I have to stand on a flat car because I am too BIG to
get into a train. I think I might get a new hat this time. My
old one got
pretty bad the last time I took a trip. I really don't like dirt.
And I want people to think I look pretty. Well I hear the
train coming so our adventure begins.

The engineer says we are leaving Kansas
and going to Nebraska.

We are now in Ogallala Nebraska and it is near
Lake McConaughly the largest lake in Nebraska.l
It is 22 miles long and 4 miles wide and 142 feet
deep. I could get a nice bath in there. The engineer
stopped and let me take a bath> It feels good and
he said I smelled. How rude.

Now we are headed back to Ogallala again.
Now where is my hat. Oh I forgot I have it

I have seen a lot of the state and now I know
it is an interesting place to visit. Here is some
facts about Nebraska. It is called the
Cornhusker state. The state insect is the honey
bee. The state bird is the Western Meadow Lark.
and the state tree is the Cottonwood tree. I
don't want to eat any of those leaves or the
sheriff will arrest me. I might be kind of big for
his jail though. The state animal is the white tail
deer. Now I wonder what my friends back at the
swamp are doing? They think I am silly riding
around on a train but I love it. And I do not
want to get stung by the honey bee but maybe
there is some honey cones to eat some place.
