Cinderella was a troubled young girl who lived her life facing the wrath of her evil stepmother, Percilla and her two stepsisters Dina and Danielle. She was left under their care after a
tragic accident killed her father.

Cinderella was busy in the castle daydreaming as she cleaned, just as her stepmother ordered her to. Soon Percilla, Dina
and Danielle rushed down to the basement. “Cinderella! Be sure to
scrub everywhere," Percilla shouted. "And don’t forget the upstairs!”
she added from the entrance of the stairway.

Cinderella's step family marched back upstairs and left her alone to clean. Cinderella's ears perked up as she heard the
front door shut, her step family had left. So Cinderella decided
to take a break from her tasks and go to the forest.

When Cinderella arrives, the forest is warm and welcoming. Yellow andpink flowers are in bloom that colour the forest, and the scenery of trees all
sway in the wind. A crowd of woodland creatures welcomes Cinderella upon her
arrival, playing at her feet and the birds singing and swirling around her as she
danced with them.

It is such a beautiful scene, until an awful shriek breaks the trance."CINDERELLA!" an angered voice calls out, "INSIDE NOW!" The
voice belonged to Percilla, who is full of rage.
Cinderella is now frightened, "Step mother, I...I was just taking a break."
Her voice trails off. Before she could speak another word, Percilla
grabbed her by the arm and dragged her away.

Cinderella is left alone again in the basement. "She can rot for all I care! It's moments like this that make
me miss my father. If he were here, I would be free every day.
All I want is freedom, is that too much to ask? Oh how I wish
I could stand up to her and make her understand. I would be happy
and free to do as I please. One day I will make her see, maybe even today
and right now. I will get my freedom.

Cinderella built up the courage to talk to her stepmother. "You can have this castle, my things, but not me!" Cinderella yells.
"You foolish girl, I get everything, including you!" Percilla shouts.
Percilla moves toward Cinderella with each word, pushing her closer
to the open window.
8

"Please" Cinderella shrieks, "This isn't fair!""Fine, if you want to leave, then leave!" Percilla shouts.
As she finished yelling Percilla leaped toward Cinderella, and in her
final step she pushed her out of the open window.

Just as Cinderella was falling through the air, she landed upon a plush surface thatmoved beneath her. Only moments after, Cinderella realized she was resting on a
flying bed of her bird friends from the forest. After hearing the commotion
from the castle, they had come to her rescue. Now Cinderella was on her way
to a new place to live and be happy for the rest of her days.
