Argentina is the 2nd biggest country in
South America, and Argentina has over 42
million people! The capital city of Argentina
is Buenos Aires, and the money used there
is the Peso.





Bb is for Bolivia
Bolivia is a county in South America and is the
home of 10 million people, and its capital is the
city Sucre. The official language of Bolivia is
Spanish and the money used there is the
Boliviano.




Cc is for Chile
Chile is a country in South America and is home to 17
million people, and the official language of Chile is
Spanish.The money used in Chile is the Chilean peso.
Found in Chile, the Atacama Desert, is the driest place
on Earth!

Durán is a city in the country Eqcuador. In this
city the people speak Spanish. Durán was the
home of the first train station in Equador.

Equador is a country in South America and is the
home of 16 million people. The language spoken
in Ecuador is Spanish. The money used in
Ecuador is the American Dollar.





Ff is for Fortaleza
Fortaleza is a city in the
country of Brazil. It is the 5th
biggest city in Brazil with 2
million people living there.
This city was a host for the
FIFA World Cup in 2014.





Gg is for Paraguay

Paraguay is a country in South America. 7
million people live there and the money they
use is called Guaraní. Their money is named
after the native tribe of people who first lived
there!







Hh is for Belo Horizonte
Belo Horizonte is a
city in the country
Brazil. It is the 6
biggest city in Brazil.
Belo Horizonte was
also a host city for the
1950 and 2014 FIFA
World Cups.



Ii is for Colombia

Colombia is a country in South America. Almost
50 million people live there. The money used in
Colombia is the Colombian Peso. Colombia was
named after the explorer Christopher Columbus!

João Pessoa is a city in the
country Brazil. 700 thousand
people live there. João Pessoa
is called the "2nd Greenest
City in the World" because it
has so many parks and forests
in the city.

Katuete is a city in
Paraguay. 17 thousand
people live in Katuete. It
is most well known for its
produce, as it is a farming
land for soybeans.

Lima is the capital city of Peru. Almost 10
million people live in Lima, and it is the third
biggest city in all of the Americas. It is also
the second largest desert city in the world!

Montevideo is the
largest city in
Uruguay. It is also
the capital city of
Uruguay.
Montevideo was the
host city for all of
the first FIFA World
Cup!






Nn is for Nazca
Nazca is a city
in Peru. Nazca
is famous for
the Nazca
Lines which
are drawings
on the desert
floor of Nazca
that can
only be seen from the sky.

Osorno is a city in the
country Chile. About 150
thousand people live in
Osorno. Osorno most well
know for being the location of
one of the most active
volcanoes in Chile!

Pp is for Peru

Peru is a country in South America. 31 million
people live in Peru and they speak Spanish. The
money used there is the Nuevo Sol. It is home to
one of the Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu!

Quito is a city in the country of
Ecuador. It is also the capital city
of Ecuador. Quito is known for
being located on the Equator of
the world. They even have a
statue to show where the Equator
is!


Rr is for Rio de Janerio

Rio de Janerio is a city in Brazil.
6 million people live Rio de
Janerio. This city will host the
summer Olympics in 2016!
