Over time Humpty Trumpty's pockets got so full with money he became unstable with gravity and fell off because his weight was too much. Luckily, he landed on his small loan of a million dollars preventing injury before he rolled into the Rio Grande.

After he rolled into the river, buoyancy helped him swim to shore without sinking. He looked at his wall and noticed Mexicans trying to destroy it. But Trumpty knows that he made the wall very dense and had a lot of mass so nothing could destroy it. (except explosives)
