The beach

Going to the beach is a great way to spend your summer, and to chill out and have fun with your friends. If you don’t go to the beach you can turn your home into a beach. First, invite your closest friends over for the weekend. Then put on swimsuits and get a kiddy pool full with water. Be sure to have beach towels, sunglasses, and matching BFF necklaces. If you want to increase the realism of beach at home, make smoothies and get a tan.

Swimming

Going swimming is a great way to keep cool during the summer. Take a couple of floaties and a raft, and take your besties for a ride around the pool. Another great thing about going to the pool is it will refresh your spirit. A slushie is a tasty treat that you can eat beside the pool. If you have a neighborhood pool, go to that pool so only you and your besties can get in.

Shopping

Cute outfits are a must have for summer. Cool shorts and interesting shirts will easily make you the top shopper. Don’t forget about pretty sundresses! You will look very chic in all the clothes you wear, just be sure that they are comfortable. If you want to get a head start on all of your friends, go to your favorite stores when their having a sale so you can get cool stuff for low prices.

The BFF's

Whenever you are with your BFF's you can just forget about all your worries. You can do ANYTHING with your friends. There are endless amounts of fun things to do with your besties in the summer, whether it’s sitting in comfy chairs or playing in a pool. Just remember to have fun: that’s what Summer is all about.

Selling Lemonade

Selling lemonade is a fun activity to do in the Summer. Not only will it boost your allowance, but it will help others keep cool during the hot Summer days. To make customers want your product, make your stand look nice. Some ways to do that are on the next page. Another way to attract customers is to look professional. Make your product cheap at first, then gradually raise the price to get more money.

1. Choose a location. If you place your stand in front of your house, only a few of your neighbors will see you. Instead, choose a location that gets a lot of foot traffic, so more people will know you're in business. Local parks and beaches are good options, especially on a nice day.

2. Set up your stand. At the very least, your stand will need to have a good, sturdy table and chair for you to sit in. Make sure you put them on level ground, so your stand doesn’t wobble and spill lemonade all over the place. It’s also a good idea to cover the table with a tablecloth or blanket in a bright color that attracts attention.

3. Make it comfortable. If you’re planning on working at your stand for a long period of time, you want it to be as comfortable as you can make it. Keep water on hand in case you get sick of drinking lemonade for refreshment. You should also put a comfy cushion on your chair to keep your bottom from getting sore.

Vacation

Vacationing is a fun way to spend your Summer. You can go just about anywhere. If you do go on vacation, be sure to try new foods, new activities, and new sights.
