FINALLY!!! Alex and Steve were free from that Hero Brine rat! At least, not for long. Alex was heading to the shop for some bread and a carton of milk when she heard a familiar voice scream "ALEX!!" Alex turned around but couldn't see anyone! Then suddenly the ground beneath her broke to ash and Alex tumbled down into a deep room. Alex passed out for a while but awoke from the floor soon. "What is this place?" She muttered. Alex walked through a deep hall filled with skeletons. Then she saw dungeons! Alex looked through them and at the last dusty one she saw Steve was stuck inside it! "STEVE!!" Alex screamed. "Who did this to...you?" Alex asked. "Hero Brine." Steve whispered.

"I will...KILL...him!" Alex said, upset. "ALEX WATCH OUT!" Steve screamed. Alex turned around and saw Hero Brine! "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY HOUSE?! YOUR LITTLE FRIEND IS STUCK AND YOU CAN'T GET HIM OUT! " Hero Brine yelled angrily. "Prepare to die!" He said. Hero Brine tied Alex up with a rope and left her hanging under a pile of hot potions. "You'd make a perfect experimenting object for my deadly pool of rays potion I'm making!" He turned the wheel a bit and Alex went down on the rope a bit. "NO! LET HER GO!" Steve cried. "Zip it!" Hero Brine yelled. He threw a potion that hit Steve and soon Steve was tied up in a magic wire against the wall. "NO MORE INTERRUPTIONS!"

Hero Brine said loudly. He pushed the wheel all the way and Alex fell into the potion. "AH!" She yelled in fear. Hero Brine dumped a bit of the potion into a glass and took a sip. "Especially good with cooked human!" He said taking another sip. Steve's eyes filled with tears. He NEVER expected this to happen. Suddenly, at blast of spray powder blasted up and in was Alex! "YES!!" Steve yelled. But Alex started fighting Steve! She did a back flip and slammed Steve with her sword. "Yes, perfect!" Hero Brine said. It turned out Hero Brine had not only killed her, but took control of her body! "ALEX SNAP OUT OF IT!" Steve yelled. "Run back to your village, your the greatest hero there." Hero Brine evilly said.

"What do you mean....?" Steve asked. "Well, this was all basically a set up and now your village is in danger. The real Alex is trapped in my dungeon, this is a fake, and your village is in danger by my minions. "Hero Brine cackled. Steve gasped. This was all a setup! Steve instantly ran out into the dungeons and found Alex in the last one, crying out tears of no hope. "STEVE!" The second she saw Steve she burst into tears of joy. "ALEX!" Steve cried. "We have to find my village! Its in danger!" Steve yelled. Alex nodded. "Uh uh! You wanna find your village, you gotta get through ME!!" Hero Brine said coming into the room. "Steve look!" Alex said. Alex loved to read.
