He drives to his friendly neighborhood pharmacy. The Robitussin cough medicine is on sale for "Buy One Get Three Free". He takes all four home. "Nice skittles, kid," says a guy on the sidewalk.

He goes home and opens the bottles, and "reads" the label. Then he drinks three whole bottles, because he is dyslexic. He thought the label said one dose is three bottles, instead of three tablespoons. He drinks them all quickly to prevent throwing up.

He starts to feel nauseous, dizzy, and uncoordinated, but he thinks it is just more cold symptoms, so he drinks the last bottle too.

In the next few hours, he felt a little strange. He felt peacefully disconnected from everything, but he also experienced nausea and dizziness, and he had two panic attacks and three seizures. He also hallucinated about dancing cupcakes. His speech was slurred and his mom couldn't understand him.
