Will was on his way to work holding a hot cup of coffee. He began to notice how beautiful the day was in New York. "Ouch!" he muttered as the hot coffee burned his mouth.

As Will walked on Wall Street, he noticed there were a lot of people going to the New York Stock Exchange. He started to remember when a famous golfer, Phil Michelson, came in. While he walked through the doors of the Exchange, he began to think about his son and how he loved to hear who Will got to meet. Will then began to think of how lucky he was to have a good job and a wonderful family.

Will began to start preparing for the opening bell when someone yelled, "Turn on the television!" He and his co-workers began to hear a "boom". As they looked at the television, they saw a plane go right through the World Trade Center. Everyone, including Will, watched in shock.

While the televisions showed a small plane going through the World Trade Center, Will thought about his friend who just went to breakfast at the restaurant at the top of the World Trade Center, "Windows on the World." He began to panic.

As hundreds of people were running to get out of the Stock Exchange, Will began to get pushed out with the mob. The image of police cars and firetrucks were all Will could see as he reached the streets of New York City. Out of nowhere, Will began to cough as smoke rose toward him.

Will then began to run like the wind to catch the ferry. He felt tears running down his face as he ran by the World Trade Center and saw the second tower of the World Trade Center get hit.
