Chapter 1 Self Esteem -
Self esteem revolves around how much you like and value yourself overall as a person. Self esteem affects your body image just by the way a person can judge you or any signal of negative thoughts.
High and Low Self Esteem
High- If we value ourselves and, therefore, our time, we’ll do things that are meaningful, which in turn makes us more valuable to ourselves.
Low- Pretty much the exact opposite of high self esteem. If you don't value yourself you may think things like, "Whats the point in living?" and other things that are detrimental to your mental health.
A good way to increase your self esteem is to set goals and achieve them. By doing so you have something to look forward to and in the end you will feel accomplished which is is a positive vibe adding to your self esteem.
“Until you value yourself, you won’t value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it. ” - M. Scott Peck
When you send a nude, you have control over who is receiving that picture originally but not where that picture is going.
Sending nudes can possibly ruin your future if found by colleges you plan to attend, or employers.
Chapter 2 - Dating Guidelines
Unhealthy relationships
- you feel pressured to change who you are
-you feel worried when you disagree
-you don't spend time with each other
-physical violence during an argument
-You're faced with lack of fairness between each other
Healthy relationships
-you respect each other
-you feel secure and comfortable
-you have the option of privacy
-you have respect for sexual boundaries
-you don't worry about violence in the relationship
A good strategy for solving a problem in a relationship is to talk to your partner and not jump to conclusions. Always be honest with your partner and don't always believe rumors that you hear from others .
