"The enchanted forest"

Once upon a time in a large forest near the mountain, a beautiful little bear was born and grew up happily with his family.

He had many friends and spent all day long wandering and exploring the forest with his friends or alone.

The little bear had never gone to the forest beyond the river and no animal had ever been there either. He had heard a lot of stories about that forest from his mother and the other animals and everyone said that it was enchanted.

One day, as he was walking around, he approached the large river, before he even noticed it.

A dense and dark forest appeared at the other side of the river. - That must be the enchanted forest, he thought, but it does not seem so scary. He looked around and did not see anyone.

 -Let's take a look, he thought. It seems very beautiful!

 The little bear was very curious and decided, without thinking, to cross the river and enter the dark forest.

Everything in the forest was green and the trees were very tall. Colorful flowers were everywhere and beautiful butterflies flew around.

 - It's really beautiful, he said.

-Maybe that is why they called it enchanted?

The little bear walked deep into the forest, but he had not found other animals. He was tired enough because he could not find anyone to play with, so he decided to return home. But as long as he tried, he could not find his way back home.

-If I could find the large river, I would know how to go back, he thought.

But even if he looked for it, he could not remember where it was. The day had already passed and it was getting darker

-Let rest tonight here, the little bear said, and tomorrow I will surely find the way back home.

He was very tired and he lies under a tree and fell asleep immidiately.

Voices in the darkness woke him up.

-A little bear, one voice said.

-How did he get here?

-Definitely lost, another voice said.

The little bear opened his eyes and he saw two beautiful fairies standing next to him.

The forest had come to life...

The little bear, afraid of the sudden awakening, curled up in a corner. He had not seen fairies before and he did not know what they were.

-Don't be afraid said the first fairy who had green wings and dress. My name is Phyllis and I am the fairy of green leaves.

- And my name is Flora and I’m the fairy of flowers said the second one, who was dressed in pink and had rosy colour on her wings.

-What is your name little bear? They asked.

- My name is Melenios because I love honey, replied hesitantly the little bear.

-What are you doing deep in the woods so late Melenios? Asked the fairies.

-I 'm lost and I do not know how to go home, Melenios replied.

- Then, join us in the celebration of the forest. We are going there too. All the creatures of the forest gather there. Even the wise old man - Dwarf who knows everything. Maybe he knows how to help you.

And so it happened. The two fairies caught the little bear by hands, lifted him up and flew together to the forest glade where the celebration was taking place.

All the bizarre creatures who lived in the magical forest were there

The flight to the glade with fairies was amazing. The night was starry and the big, round moon was hanging over the enchanted forest. The small lightening bugs were flying all over and playing hide and seek with stars.

After the short flight the fairies landed on a big glade. When Melenios touched the ground, he felt the softest grass he had ever touched.

Over the glade Melenios saw big, colourful butterflies flutter in the air.

On the glade there was a big, very old tree with a large crown of leaves and a strong massive trunk.

As the Melenios came closer, to his suprise, he noticed a small door and tiny windows in the tree. There was a light inside and the tree house looked very welcoming.

Phyllis, the fairy of green leaves said:

"You must be wondering dear Melenios who lives here, don't you?" Melenios knoded his head, and the fairy continued "That's the home of the wise old Dwarf, who knows everything".

As she said this, the soft beautiful music filled the glade and the scent of the most beautiful flowers surrounded Melenios.

The flowers started growing one by one on the glade and as the flowers bloomed the small elves were jumping out of the flowers.

And there, right in the middle of the tree, which was growing in the shape of the throne, Erimel Thunderfoot, the wise dwarf.

 Master of the enchanted forest was sitting, surrounded by fairies and other peculiar creatures.

White and long was his beard, kind and understanding were his eyes, mild was his smile when he saw the little bear.

"Well, well, well. Look who`s here!

Finally you’ve found the way here, my dear little friend.

We`ve been waiting for you for so long”

Melenius was curious why he was wanted here and that`s what he asked Erimel about.

”You are the chosen one, our only hope.” said the dwarf seriously.

”Without you we won`t be able to struggle with our sworn enemy, Orc Furiousen.

You have to row across the Sea of Tears, cross the Desert of Lost Hopes and jump over the Precipice of Despair in order to find the Bird Happylucka.

She will tell you how to defeat Furiousen.

But you have to know that if you fail, the enchanted forest will be destroyed and the home of your family will disappear forever”

"Of course," replied the bear cub, "I'm happy to help you, but I would like to know, why do you feud?"

"This is a very long history," the dwarf Erimel Thunderfoot replied sadly. - There was a magic mirror in our enchanted forest. This mirror showed the future, and if there was something bad, we did good deeds – and the future changed. Orc Furiousen fraudulently got into our enchanted forest and stoled the mirror. And now we can’t change the future. "

"I'll give you a magic map, - the dwarf added. - A tear dropped on the map will take you to the Sea of Tears. And when you lose your last hope and surrender, you will find yourself in the Desert of Lost Hopes before the Precipice of Despair. Having crossed the abyss, you will meet with a Bird Happylucka".

The bear cub Melenius took the map and looked around.

The stars were bright in the sky, fireflies were shining brightly on the flowering bushes and fairies fluttered.

"How beautiful!" - whispered the bear cub, stretching his paw to the glowworms, who playing catch-up. He felt very sad, did not want to leave this beautiful clearing. A small teardrop rolled out of his eyes and fell on the magic card.

In an instant everything around was spinning, and the bear cub was on the shore of the Sea of Tears. The sea was stormy and boiling.  The sun hid in the clouds. The waves are heaving uneasily.

For many days and nights Melenios was at sea. The boat, on which he sailed, was not manageable.

He was thrown from side to side. The bear cub has lost hope to get out on coast. When he was desperate, he looked at the magic card and ... found himself in the Desert of Lost Hopes before the Precipice of Despair.

The little bear looked around. Only mountains with sand spread out around him. Nothing else.

He began to walk down from the hot desert sun. He walked for hours and began to lose his strength and hope to find the bird Hpappylucka

-I will never manage thought. There is no one around me. Who to ask to find this bird.

Just in despair then she remembered the magical map that gave the dwarf sage. And opening it, found suddenly in front of a huge cliff, the precipice of despair.

My unhappiness-! How to go; he thought.

And then suddenly appeared in front of a beautiful white unicorn, Pegasus. To small teddy bear startled.

Do not be afraid, my friend, the unicorn said. I am here to help you. Go up on me and I'll pass on the other side of the cliff and will lead you to the Lady of the Forest .Xero that you looking for the magic bird. only one

but it can help.

The bear without losing time rose the ridge Pegasus and he with a strong flight found on the other side of the cliff and led bear at the entrance to a cave

-The Lady of the Lake is waiting for you, he said.

The bear came into the cave without losing time. But unfortunately in front of a magical landscape. A beautiful landscape opened before him with beautiful meadows, green trees, streams with clear water and colorful flowers ..

And there near a pond sat the Lady of the forest and sang.

In her hand clutching a golden cage that was inside a beautiful little bird.

The bear approached and greeted politely.

Welcome my boy friend. But tell me how you got here;

O Melenios told her his story and that he had to find a magic bird.

-This is the magic bird looking of the fairy he said smiling.

Since it is for a good cause and the course will lend.

Let me rest a bit and the Unicorn Pegasus will go back to the enchanted forest.

The little bearwith his sad eyes looked at the cage. “What kind of magic is hiding here? Will this be the salvation for my friends in the magical forest?: - it anxiously asked itself.

The lady of the forest noticed his concern and said in a low voice:

“Do not worry! This is the remedy for all your problems! Come sit and next to me!”

The small bear immediately sat next to the lady, but unable to utter a word. She continued: “You know, Orc Furiosen, is not a bad man. He was the best king who once ruled these areas. He had a wonderful life, with a wonderful wife and two children: a son and a daughter. But all three got sick from an unknown disease. He searched everywhere for a cure, under every rock and tree through out the world. 

But he could not find it. One of his counselors,a very bad person convinced him that the disease was sent to them by the dwarf of the woods and that if he destroys the forest ,he will save his family.

That is why he plans to attack the forest. But the cure for their disease lies in the beak of my bird. When the bird is singing, a miraculous cure is dripping from its beak. It can cure every disease on this world. But remember, the bird sings only once in ten years, and that is tomorrow. If you hurry, you will arrive on time, and you'll save both your friends and family of the king.

 The little bear thanked the lady, then he mount the unicorn and they sprang into the sky. In his hands he tightly held the cage.

The Little bear went up on the White Unicorn and they went together back home. The white Unicorn moved the Little bear across the Precipice of Despair, and when the Melenios already wanted to say thank you and goodbye to the White Unicorn, Pegasus said: “I will accompany you to the end of your journey, because the magic map, that you had with you, unfortunately does not help you anymore and I think it would be better when I come with you”. The little Bear go up again on the White Unicorn and he tried to come back to the enchanted forest. Pegasus was right, on the way back home waiting for the Little bear a lot of dangers.

Somewhere on the edge of the enchanted forest in the outermost corner lived Orc Furious, he makes plans, how to destroy the enchanted forest, and as he had the Magic mirror, that shows the future, he saw that the Little bear founded the magic Bird Happylucka and that he hurries to rescue the wise Dwarf.
