Hi I am Deeksha!

Hi this is my flat friend Bhumi. We both are best friends. Ever since I joined the school, we both were best friends. But suddenly we were separated as her father's posting was alloted. I really was sad to see her go away. Well, what do I say, it's hard to see your best friend go away. I cried for a several days when my mom suggested a brilliant idea. She said we could be pen pals! Now no one could EVER separate us. Well, we really liked writing lengthy letters to each other. But one day, a MIRACLE happened.

She was going to visit us! I was nearly crying with joy. When she came to our house, I heard my parents & Bhumi's parents discussing about a trip! But not 1 trip but 3 trips. First we were going to the Grand Canyon in Arizona! We took a night flight. The sky was looking pretty and the plane was quite comfortable.

We reached there in the morning. We also saw the sunrise. It was just beautiful. We ate our breakfast and enjoyed a lot. We took a raft along the Colorado river to explore it. It was fun. On the way my father told us some interesting facts. This is what we learnt:

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in the U.S. state of Arizona in North America. 2:Many people consider it to be one of the seven wonders of the natural world.3:The Grand Canyon is 277 miles (446 kilometres) in length. 4: At its widest point the Grand Canyon stretches 18 miles (29 kilometres) across.

We were going to the GALAPAGOS ISLANDS next! Wow it was just like a dream. Again, we went in a jet and the jet was very comforting...

We reached there in the night. It was again a fun to see all the wild animals there. WOW just like a little sweet dream

Now it was going to be our third trip. The trip was to Mt. Olympus Park in Wisconsin Dells. Again the transportation was a jet but this time I felt the jet quite uncomfortable. Sorry...
