Front Flip

The front flip. A front flip is when you jump, tuck into a ball while in the air, flip, and land. This is on of the more complicated skills.

Back Flip

The back flip. The back flip is simalar to the front flip. Jump, tuck into a ball but this time propel yourself backwards, land. This skill is harder then a front flip for some people.

Arial

This skill is harder to explain. Do you know what a cartwheel is? If you do this is like a cartwheel. The only difference is, unlike a cartwheel you don't put your hands down.

Back handspring

A back handspring is like a back flip. For a back handspring you jump backward, keeping your body pretty strait, place your hand on the ground, push, get yourself upright again. The back handspring is not a complicated skill.
