Great Valley Academy is a Charter school in the California Central Valley. It was founded in 2008.

As a group, we are striving to promote creative learning in our children.

During my time here as a teacher, I have seen the school growing at fast pace, creating a very nourishing culture that promotes safety, acceptance and love.

Besides the Academic curriculum where our teachers thrive. our children have the privilege of receiving lessons in Music, Spanish, Advance learning in Science and Math in a class called GEMS and PE.

As a Spanish teacher is my hope to plant a seed of interest in foreign language, to help students develop the skills to help the brain receive such instruction and grow up to desire to become bilingual or multilingual!

I am passionate about this and believe that our communities will become stronger as we become aware of others' needs and feelings using their own language.

I hope this "librito" helps all our classes at GVA to be able to hold a conversation with confidence as early as Kinder garten!
