The Alps are the most important mountain range in Europe, located in central Europe on the borders of Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia. Subdivided into several sub-groups, they contain the highest peaks of the central European continent, also covering a historical, naturalistic, hydrographic and tourist-economic importance for their respective countries.

Fantastic castles

In Lombardy, the imposing Castello Sforzesco, located in the heart of the city, is due to the dukes of Milan.
It has several large battlemented towers and looks majestic even today, against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks. Not only is it impressive from the outside, but the recent renovation of the interior spaces brings to light the beauty of medieval art. Fenis is just one of the many castles in the small Valle d'Aosta

Poetry - Old Roca - Lecce
Many call it "La Poesia", remembering the story of a beautiful princess who came here to cool off, and poets who came to look at her and then compose verses in his honor. In reality, the name of this cave, 20 km from Otranto, in Greek means "source of fresh water", because once a spring flowed inside. Today it is filled with sea water and offers a unique spectacle: you can swim or boat along a narrow channel, or be more daring and launch yourself directly from the rocks!

The Apulian cuisine is characterized above all by the relief given to the raw material, both of land and sea, and for the fact that all the ingredients are precisely aimed at enhancing and not altering the basic flavors of the products used.
Therefore you will find all the seasonal vegetables, from the top of turnip to green cabbage, thistle, peppers, aubergines, artichokes, all legumes, from beans to lentils to grass peas and beans, and all the products of the sea, in particular of the Adriatic; the latter have a particular characteristic that distinguishes them, as a consequence of the particular pasture that is found along its coasts, and from the freshwater pools that are discharged into the sea, and which serve to soften the salty, but not to alter the scent.
The most typical dish is that of the "Orecchiette with meat sauce", whose recipe is now widespread in all the recipes, but the "Orecchiette con le cime di rapa", the "chicory with the puree of fava beans ", and those that link the territory to the Mediterranean, such as" Cavatelli con le mzze "or baked rice from Bari, also called potatoes, rice and mussels.

This is our town, Inca.

Col·legi
Beata Francinaina Cirer
Inca is a small town in the centre of Majorca. A few decades ago, it was very famous for its leather products. World-known brands like Camper were founded in Inca. Both the global crisis and the impossibility to compete against low-cost products from China have undermined our industry.

Nowadays, Majorca's GDP depends almost 100% on tourism. Millions of people come every year to sunbathe on our thin-sand beaches.

Our most traditional food products are made from pork in one way or another. Perhaps, our flagship product is sobrassada, which is some sort of mincemeat and fat seasoned with paprika and stuffed within the pig's own bowels. The original product is claimed to be coming from Sicily in the Middle Ages.

Visit my town Adelfia (Apulia-Italy)
Adelfia is a small town of southern Italy, near Bari, in the Apulia region. It counts 17,075 inhabitants, and lies on the slope of the Alta Murgia. The country has a mild climate with moderately cold winters and hot, dry summers. In 1927 this urban center was composed by two formetvillages, Canneto and Montrone.
Name Adelfia derives from Greek Adelphòs wich means "brotherhood" so being"brothers". Despite the proximity of the two districts there are differences in traditions and dialects. Rivarly between disticts has
hindered the creation of local identity for decades.
Adelfia is characterised by many important buildings such as the Church of San Nicola; the Church of Madonna della Stella; the Church of Santa Maria del Principio; the Palazzo Marchesale; the Castle of Fascina; the Angiuli Palace and the Villa Gigia.
Montrone is know as the "Capital of fireworks", due to its famous fireworks. Indeed during the patronal festival of San Trifone, in November, there are many pyrotechnic displays that draw pilgrims from southern Italy.
