Once upon a time there was a group of wonderful fairies. They were always kind, respectful, and helpful. They liked to read, draw, and build in their workshop. But their main job was to watch over a wonderful group of students. The fairies lived in a wonderful place called Centennial Public School. The Kindergarten students also enjoyed reading, drawing, and building. The children were usually very responsible and kind towards each other. They took care of their classroom pets and plants. They also helped in the gardens and keeping the school clean inside and out.

One cold, snowy day the children were exploring in the school yard at recess. Some children were rolling giant snowballs, others were shovelling a path in the snow. Ciera, Sama, and Nafu were building a snow fort. They were working together to build the best snow fort ever!

Ciera, Sama, and Nafu were having the best time together at recess. They had been working hard the past two recesses trying to create the best snow fort anyone had ever seen. They were sharing ideas and taking turns. The snow fort turned out incredibly well. The friends were so proud of what they had created and couldn’t wait to show it to other kids at their school. It was a snow hut complete with snow furniture inside. They even pretended to have a flat screen TV on the inside. From the outside it looked shiny and clear but when you got a closer look you could see all the amazing parts of their snow hut. Brrriiiinnnnggg! The school bell rang and Ciera, Sama, and Nafu left their snow hut to head inside for class.
