Each year at Ava's town they have a fair. It's so much fun for all the kids that go, even for the adults. Ava has so much fun with her friends Kyle, Larry, Michelle, and Sandy at the fair.

Ava's birthday is this week and also the fair is this week. So Ava went to ask her parents something. Ava said, " Mom and Dad can I have my birthday party at the Fair this week?". Her parents said, " Yes we will try to ask the people if we can".

Today is Tuesday and Ava is having her birthday party tomorrow because tomorrow is her birthday and the fair. When Ava's mom got home her mom had some bad news. " Ava they have to cancel the fair this year because they don't have enough money for the fair to run for". Ava was so sad. She really wanted this party this year.

Ava was in her bedroom thinking of how the fair was getting canceled. Then, she thought of a idea. Ava said to herself, "Maybe I can throw a fundraiser to raise enough moneyto keep the fair going, it will start tomorrow on my birthday". Today is Wednesday and is also Ava's birthday. She's going to get all of her friends together after school.

When Ava was at lunch with Kyle, Larry, Michelle, and Sandy Ava said what her plan was, "Hey guys since the fair is canceled I was thinking of a plan to do a fundraiser to make money and give it to the people who do the fair'. All of them thought it was a great idea. When they were done school they would go to Ava's house and start the fundraiser.

Ava just got done school. Ava, Kyle, Larry, Michelle, and Sandy are making the stand where the fundraiser is going to start. Ava has a big neighborhood so she thinks it will be really busy. They just started, but it's going really slow. Sandy said, "Ava this is never going to work we should just give up. Ava said," No we're going to get this money'. After about 5 minutes it started to get really busy. They were selling bake goods and many more.

After a couple of hours they made about 200 dollars for the fundraiser. After the bake sale they went to tell Ava's parents. Everyone was so happy. They went to Town Hall and told the Mayor. The Mayor said, "Since you have made a lot of money I will call the people and the Fair is back on". Ava's parents said, "Ava we are so proud of you and your birthday is going to be great"!

Ever since the Mayor said the fair was back on Ava was so happy. She told everyone at her school and mostly everyone in the neighborhood. Since the fair was cancelled they rescheduled it in 1 week. All of Ava's friends were really excited for her birthday party.
