Adolf Hitler was a good speaker. He was able to convince people that he could bring them out of their misery. The people had questions, Hitler claimed to have answers. The economic state of Germany helped a lot.

The Mark I British tank was the first tank to touch a battlefield. It was deployed on September 15, 1916, and used to penetrate enemy trenches. The first tank on tank battle happened on April 24, 1918.

The biggest WWII tank battle was the Battle of Brody. There were of 700 German tanks and 3,500 Russian tanks.

Even with numbers on their side, the Russians were defeated. Only 200 German tanks were lost while the Russians lost 800.

Tanks were all over the world in WWII. Some countries even used old WWI tanks due to not being rich enough to purchase or make tanks. Some had to capture tanks from enemies.
