Where I Grew Up

As a child, I lived in: Hermosa Beach, Califorina. It is a beautiful beach community on the coast of the Pacific Ocean.

Favorite Games: I love word games like scrabble, boggle, bananagrams, etc.

My Favorites as a Child

Movies: My favorite movie is The Sound of Music, it is so romantic and beautiful!

TV shows: I don't watch much T.V. but I do like cooking shows and travel shows.

Songs: I love any songs by Enrique Iglesias, Adele and Alisha Keys. I also love oldies, they remind me of my parents!

Food: I love, love, love any latin food!! I also enjoy eating Thai food and anything spicy!

Books: I read tons! I enjoy reading historical romances, biographies and stories about people overcoming obstacles.

Fan

When I was a child, I was a fan of: playing volleyball everyday! I used to rollar skate, ride my bike, take long walks with my friends, anything outside! I liked to go shopping and to the movies too, but I really just was happy hanging out with my friends.

School

School activities I was involved with: Volleyball team, Spanish club, Service club, dances, etc.

How I got to school each day: My mom and another mom carpooled. I walked home every day.

Summer

What I did during the summer: I always had lots of chores to do around the house. My parents made us work every day! When I was 15 I got a job and then worked every summer. I also went to summer school to take advanced courses and math.

Halloween

For Halloween, my favorite costume was: One year my mom made me an angel costume with big silver wings. I loved it!

Holiday Traditions

How my family celebrated the holidays: We were always together, at home, and had special meals.

Family members who I would typically see during the holidays: My grandparents, my anunts and uncles and my cousins.
