This book is dedicated to all the good people of the world and to Storyjumper who gave me the ability to make this book.

Welcome, one and all, to the one and only Christopher C. Nimbus Circus! This amazing circus has it all from flying acrobats to silly clowns to delicious cotton candy and ferocious lions. However, they are not here to perform but rather teach us about Climate Change. Christopher C. Nimbus decided that it would be best for the members of his circus to help teach those who do not know much about Climate Change and how they can help stop it. So sit back and listen to what the clowns, lion tamers, and daredevils have to say about climate change.

Christopher C. Nimbus's Circus!

Now some of you may be asking yourselves "what is Climate Change?". Well we are here to answer that very question! You see, Climate Change is when greenhouse gases float up to the Earth's atmosphere and stay there, trapping the Sun's heat and making the Earth warmer. Now I know that that may have been a bit confusing to some of you so Mr. Jolly the clown and Cannonball Carl will help to explain what greenhouse gases are. The definition of a greenhouse gas by the way is a gas that can trap radiation like the Sun's rays. Make sure to keep that in mind.

Take a look at Mr. Jolly for a second. Mr. Jolly has five balloons which we will pretend are greenhouse gases. Much like greenhouse gases, anyone can make balloons only balloons and greenhouse gases are created in different ways. The balloons that Mr. Jolly also float up to the top of the tent when he lets go of them just like greenhouse gases float up to the Earth's atmosphere!
I like balloons.
So if Mr. Jolly's balloons represent greenhouse gases, then let us have Cannonball Carl himself represent the Sun's rays. When Mr. Jolly lets go of his balloons, they float up to the top of the tent which we just saw. At the moment, Cannonball Carl can shoot himself out of the tent without the balloons getting in the way just like how the Sun's rays can leave Earth when there are only a few greenhouse gases. Now the more balloons Mr. Jolly lets go of, the more balloons there are at the top of the tent, and the harder it becomes for Cannonball Carl to leave the tent; even with his really big cannon! Just like the balloons and Cannonball Carl, the more greenhouse gases there are in the Earth's atmosphere, the harder it becomes for the Sun's rays to leave.

Ahh!

Earlier, I said to you beautiful people that balloons and greenhouse gases are made in different ways. If you want to know how greenhouse gases are made then just take a look around you. Greenhouse gases are created by a lot of things such as driving a car to starting a fire in the fireplace. Why our daredevils make greenhouse gases every time they use their bikes. That is because greenhouse gases are made when we burn fuel such as coal, gasoline, or even flammable gases like methane. When these fuels are burned, they create greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide.
You can actually see some greenhouse gases with your own eyes and you probably have seen some if you have seen moving cars on a road before. That smoke that comes from cars is a greenhouse gas and once it is made in a car, it begins its journey to the Earth's atmosphere.

Ugh, it smells!
