The day my life changed
It was a boring, rainy autumn day. Or at least it was until I heard a knock coming from my wardrobe.

Knock!

As I opened my wardrobe door, a boy not much older than me jumped out.

"Who are you?" I asked startled.
"I'm Edwin," the stranger said. "Who are you?"
"I'm Erin" I answered. "Why are you here?"
Edwin answered, "I came here to invite you on an adventure."
"Wow, cool!" I said. "I'm in!"

As I entered the wardrobe I could see that it's back was missing and in it's stead was a world that I would have only imagined. It was amazing! It had snow, but was still sunny and warm!
"Welcome to Wonder World!" said Edwin happily.

After entering this new world I asked Edwin about where we were going. He answered, "We're going to meet my friends at the candy cane woods right over there"

After entering and walking through the forest for some time we finally came upon a small village where Edwin's friends were supposedly living.
After not seeing anybody walking around Edwin called out, "Come out guys! It's just Edwin!"
No one answered. "Hmm, that's odd." he said.

If anybody reads this, we are at the secret place.
As we walked around trying to find any sign of life we came upon a piece of parchment with a message written on it.

"What's the secret place?" I asked.
" It's a hiding place for when we're in danger" Edwin answered.
"How do we get there?" I asked.
"We need to first go to the sea." he answered
"Where are we going to find a sea?" I asked.
"It's close by. Come on, I'll show you." he answered

As we reached the beach we heard someone screaming for help. As we looked around to see who it was, we saw two giant pink and purple turtles being attacked by a winged tiger.

"What do we do?" I asked.
"I have an idea," Edwin answered while pulling out a sling-shot. "You should probably stand back."
He shot what seemed like a ball of what seemed like cat nip in the direction of the forest. The tiger immediately abandoned the turtles and went after the ball.

"Is he gone?" one of the turtles asked as it was poking its head out of its shell.
"He is for now." answered Edwin
"Thank you! The turtle said. "How can we ever repay you?"

"Hmm... You could give us a ride to that island over there." Edwin answered.
"Of course, anything!" said the turtles. We thanked them, got on their backs and left for the island.

After a while we reached the island.
We thanked the turtles for their help and went on our way.

After walking for a while, I spotted a small moving light in the distance.
"What's that?" I asked.
"That's one of my friends, Edwin answered. "We should follow him."

We followed this creature inside a cave and in this cave there were a bunch of tents. Living in these tents were fairies! I couldn't believe it!
As we were watching these fairies, an old man fairy with a crown on his head flew up to greet us.
He said, "Hello, I'm Basil, king of the fairies. What brings you here?"
Edwin replied, "We saw the message. What happened?"
The king replied, "We ran away because were about to be captured by an evil wizard."

"What evil wizard?" Edwin asked.
The king replied, "No one knows. All we know is that he wants us to reveal the location of the crystal that can grant him immortality."
"We can't let him do this," Edwin said. "We have to stop him!"
"Yes, we can!" I said. "We can stop him together!"
The king was silent for a while and then said, "Yes, with the help of your friend, Edwin, you might be able to beat him."

Before we could leave for the evil wizard's lair we needed some form of transportation and navigation since it was located on an island in the sky. Thankfully this problem was solved by the fairies who offered us a map and a lift to The Wizard's lair.

After being carried through the air for a while, we finally landed on the island. We thanked the fairies for their help and went on our way. As we were walking I noticed some crows, perched atop trees, looking down on us. I tried to not pay attention to them since they were kind of scary and continued walking.

As we drew closer to the evil wizard's lair we discovered that it was located on the top of a very tall mountain which didn't seem to have stairs. We also noticed a dragon sitting next to the mountain seemingly upset. We decided to go talk to him.

As we were walking towards him, the dragon noticed us and started to prepare to breathe fire. I raised my hand and yelled, "Stop! We're just here to talk." The dragon upon hearing that relaxed.
"We were wondering why you were upset." I said. It turned out that the dragon was upset because his wife was captured by the wizard. After we told him we were going to fight the evil wizard he offered to fly us near to the evil wizard's lair on top of the mountain.
