Kennywood and my fellow peers

Its 70 degrees outside, kids drenched in sweat. I hear kids screaming on roller coasters, going up and down on a roller coaster. Other kids eating hotdogs, hamburgers, and cotton candy. I walk through the entrance and see kids high in the sky on the Ferris wheel. My das glanced over me and says ‘’hey bud wanna go on the Ferris wheel?’’ I replied ‘’no.’’ Then we go in and ride some rides and eat some food.
So, me and my dad then go walk in Kennywood we look around. ‘'This place is nice.’’ said my dad.
‘’Yeah.’’ I replied We then go walk around and look at some of the rides. And they were big. ‘‘That one is big.’’ stated my dad.
‘’Yeah’’ I said We then leave and get some food we went to this one hamburger and hotdog place. I got a hamburger and a hot dog. My dad and I then go eat and buy a drink.
Then we go walk and look at this one ride that was big. And I saw kids screaming on the ride.
I then go over to the ride and go check it out. My dad says to me ‘’that's one big ride.’’
We them hear kids saying they don’t want to go on that ride again because it was so scary. My dad and I eye widened and our faces got pale.
We then got in line to go on the ride. We waited probably about 15 minutes standing on our phones playing games. Time passed by and then finally we were ready to get on.
‘’Are you ready?’’ said my dad with a shocked face
‘’Yes.’’ I said as pale as a ghost.
We got on the ride and we buckled ourselves in. They started to count down 5;4;3;2;1 and then we took off. We were going fast.
‘’Holy crap this is fast’’ I stated
‘’Yeah’’ Said my dad
We went up and down side to side speeding through the turns. Going up then down fast. And then the last turn we go flying down the tracks and then we turn and sooner or later we stop. I thought in my head that wasn’t that bad.
We then get off and talk about it. ‘’It wasn’t that bad.’’ my dad said. ‘No’’ I said. After that we go walk around and ride some different rides. I was terrified to ride the phantoms revenge but after I did, I figured out it was the best thing I ever did. I learned that I need to face my fears. I hope to never be scared to ride a ride again.
